If this is a 5 year deal and the cap spikes due to the new TV deals and whatever, Dallas should be fine as long as their drafts aren't garbage. 75% of the money is guaranteed (bonus, incentives, etc.)

I expect it to be a 5 year deal with the last year being a lot of fluff, which will make the AAV look outrageous, but he will never see that final year by design of both sides.
