I'm thinking that Dallas should think long and hard before they sign this guy with the intention of him being ready to start the season and last the entire season. There's no reason they can't sign Hooker and still draft a safety. Unless there is some bylaw I don't know about.

But he's been healthy in 2021 and the last time he was healthy in 2016 he had 7 ints.
