That would be foolish on the 49ers part if true. You don’t give up that much to move up to 3rd overall to not take a QB. And they need a QB.

We got 3 receivers that will get about 1,000 yards each.. Zeke another 1,000+. Pollard and then Jarwin and Shultz. Not alot of meat left on the bone for another TE.

Anytime Dallas gets a player that I think is going to be a ring of honor type player, I’m excited. So I’d be excited.

Excited is my Baseline if he comes to Dallas.

Can't disagree more. Gallup is gone next season and Cooper's contract is set up to either count 22 Million against the cap or only 6M against the cap if they cut him. Pitts could well be the top target in 2022 or 1A to Lamb.

I don't think people understand how important a player like Pitts would be to this offense. He completely changes your roster building strategy.

I really don’t want to argue about this because it has been talked about a lot already... but a guy that is as good as I think he’s going to be is about way more than just next season. He could be a cornerstone player for the next decade.

If I liked a defensive guy close to that much, I’d argue defense over TE... but there isn’t.

If they think Pitts is way more special and take him, then I’d be down with them going TE at 10.

6 to 10 is wide open IMO. Any player you want could be there. Any player you want could easily go ahead of us. I think the only two that are almost locks to not be there are Sewell and Chase

I agree. Last year it was easier when Lamb fell to us it was obvious he was the best player on the board so I didn't mind not going defense. Picking at 10 the players don't have that far to fall so it gets a little harder to choose.

Yeah, not buying it for a second. Jimmy G. probably is the QB next year, but doesn't mean they won't have a QB in waiting or trade Jimmy for some picks if he puts up a decent season.

My God this makes things interesting. If, if Jets take Wilson 2nd - who trades for Darnold. Panthers ? Because I don't think there will be a QB left by pick # 8. Or do they trade up for Wilson, but everyone so far thinks the Jets take Wilson.
What the hell are the Dolphins going back up for at # 6 ? Sewell ? But he should be gone at # 5 to Cincy. (Unless Dolphins know that Cincy doesn't want him) Would they trade up that high for Slater ? Surely not, the Dolphins are not going after Mac Jones ? But he may be the last remaining of the top 5 QB's.
Or do they want the best receiver to go with Tua.

Parsons for sure, Waddle, Slater
