I made a trade with the Jets. I double dipped on CB as who knows how Lewis will pan out and the second corner was staring me in the face and is the perfect CB for Quinn. Let me know what you think. This gives us a much better defense coming out of the gate for the 2021 season.

Lots of risk with Farley in the first IMO. Davis at 44 is a nice pick up. If you are drafting Hainsey to be a future OT, I think his NFL future might be at OG.

I actually drafted him to replace Williams. And from everything ive read about Farley. He is on track to be ready for camp. So I am not concerned. At 10 yes. At 23 not so much. And I double dipped just in case as well.

I like it a lot, although I would have liked another DT or LB option rather than those last two picks.

If it were me I would go edge rusher at 34 and FS in the 3rd like Andre Cisco. I wouldn’t double dip at CB, at least not that early.

Yeah I agree. The DT i wanted in the 4th was gone so. And the LB room is already crowded. Davis takes over day 1 as the leader of that room though. Apparently he is very close to Darius Leonard so. Sign me up.

In most of my mock drafts, I’ve been picking up two to three linebackers. In looking at our current group and their contract situations, I think this is a prime year to start a huge overhaul.

Really not a fan of Farley due to significant red flags, but overall I really like this draft. Solid work!

From everything I have read. I dont like him at 10. But his talent at 23 is too hard to pass up. I also think Ifeatu is going to be a Richard Sherman type corner. A backfield in 2 years of Farley, Diggs, Ifeatu, Lewis and Grant makes me jump up and down.

I'm a fan of Melifonwu. I don't think he's the next Sherman, because I don't think he's as studious, but I think he has a chance to be a starter.

I honestly wouldn't touch Farley at this point. His biggest knock coming into the draft process was his injury history. The next thing we know he's having another surgery. Too many red flags for me, honestly. I might take a shot in the second or third if he really starts to slide, but I'm not using a first on a guy who there's a good chance may spend as much time on the trainers table as he will on the field.

Replace Farley with Barmore at 23 and that’s good

the name of the game is pressure on the QB and right now we have exactly zero players who do that from DT. Barmore rotating with Gallimore on early downs and together on passing downs will do that which will make our DE and secondary look much better

Thats fair. I didnt mean I think he going to be the next Sherman. I meant the same type of player. Long, athletic and smooth.

trading down and taking farley reduces the risk of picking him a bit. he is a high risk, high reward players, and it comes down to his back health.

I liked how you covered yourself with adding Melifonwu, it lessens the risk taking Farley.
