23 was exactly where Murray was ranked so they didn't reach for the player. He started 16 games for them and had 107 combined tackles five for loss. Collins is ranked 29th so unless someone reaches for him it might not cost as much to move up to get him.

Do we give up draft capital for someone that is not projected to start this season. Cowboys have a couple more LB's that they seem to like already on the roster.
