Texas has a coastline, multiple sources of energy, forests, mountains, plains, desert, a fantastic educational system, and a low cost of living. Kids have been in school all year in most cities, and people have been back to work for several months while Covid cases are down 12 percent.

Meanwhile, California is wrapped in bubble wrap and still not going to school or work, while their Covid cases are skyrocketing.
