Like many teams Jerry missed out on Randy Moss due to many reason, but particularly not wanting to spend a top pick with the supposed risk.


This year Jerry can get a steal out of the draft by drafting a versatile player than can take the fop off unlike CD or Gallup, that can play inside and beat CBs & LBs with his quickness & speed., runs the full rout tree and will become the #2 WR on this team.


The biggest impact will be that teams won’t be able to stop the run or blitz with Moore’s speed lined up opposite of Amari. This will propel Zeke & Pollard to lead the Cowboys to a top 2 rushing game.


Moore’s comp is Steve Smith of Carolina & Tyreek Hill and can be picked up around round two. I would even package lower round picks to get another 2nd round pick.

One thing about no combine is many of the numbers are a bit fishy to me
Sure a lot of sub 4.5 players in this draft
This kid is very fast but few short guys make it just on speed

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if we take a WR in this draft
Just not in first 2 rounds
But Gallup is likely to walk after this year and this is another really deep WR class

Getting Player A does not always equal Super Bowl win. Randy Moss was one of the greatest wide receivers to play the game. Ever. Played for two Super Bowl losing teams.

Anyone can say 'getting this player will win a Super Bowl' but the acquisition will not necessarily always result in a championship. Truth is teams win Super Bowls.

Randy Moss will remain etched upon Jerry Jones' GM resume as one of his largest gaffes. Even so, it does not mean adding Moss would have netted Dallas a Super Bowl win in a What If world. It is not an automatic assumption Rondale Moore would be the key difference maker for the Cowboys either.

It is always best to take things into perspective.

you do realize Randy Moss had both right? Like not only was he faster than every WR of that era, he was taller and could jump higher. I just don’t see how taking Moore is supposed to amend for passing on Moss

If they take a pass catcher in the first it will not be that guy.

It would be pitts in some crazy scenario that he falls and our cbs are gone.

There are plenty of fast WRs in the draft. If you are worried about a speedy WR you can get one in about any round.

Don't expect a WR to be taken in the first three rounds.
