If QBs are still in the board and Dallas could get a 2nd or next years first, I do that. Otherwise, I want Parsons. Basically it comes down to CB Surtain or LB Parsons. My only frame of reference is would you want a Deion Sanders or a D Ware type of player. I want the D ware type of player realizing neither one is like Ware or Sanders.

If they can somehow trade down a few spots and still land Parsons, that’s a slam dunk to me and I would start thinking hybrid 34 defense....Greggory/Lawrence as the DEs so Id be looking for another DE and a NT next. Just my preference. I like that Parsons was a RB and a DE before, he’s a real football player.

People want to put him at middle linebacker. To me he looks like a OLB in a 3-4.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a guy that falls on draft day.

It looks like he is a moron of epic proportions off the field and on the field he is raw and his skill set really doesn't fit what a modern day middle linebacker should be good at.

If we're going to get risky then at least do it at a position thats worth it like saaaayy a Defensive End from Miami.

I’ve been a parsons guy for a while. But his off field issues and immaturity are big big concern. Especially in Dallas. Watching welcome to the nfl rookie with him pitts fields and horn. He’s very very immature. Thought maybe a year off coulda helped guess not.

I am almost certain the Cowboys wont pick Parsons,i bet he isnt even the 1st or 2nd LB on their board.
I have seen them linked to Collins, Davis and Bolton, but not Parsons or JOK at all. Would be very surprised if they drafted Parsons.

My guess it will be Surtain if he is there. I think they will go with the safe pick as it has worked out well for them before (Martin).

He would be a great 34OLB, just because Dallas doesn’t run a 34 doesn’t mean they couldn’t change. If you can land the second coming of Demarcus Ware would you pass because you run a 43? He could play mlb too, or they could run some hybrid defense.

The only thing I see off the field is some hazing thing when he was a teenager....that’s it no one got hurt who cares.

My guess is the Giants snag him if he is available when they pick

Wouldn't surprise me if MM feels the same way

Had you told me 3 months ago we could get Parsons I would have fainted. It’s funny how teams have soured on him even after running a 4.3 40 at his size.

This team is not that good at keeping secrets. We've no documented interest in Parsons.

Inevitably, the names of the guys we likely will take start to slip by now.

Nary a mention of Parsons. The Jones boys suddenly didn't just learn to zip their lips this year. They are likely going CB or OL if they stay at 10. Horn seems to be the latest smart guess based on Archer and I guess Broaddus claiming he'll be the pick.

The catch17 effect.

NFL teams tend to agree with my projections.

Sounded like they aren't huge fans of players that wanted to sit out this past season.

I think that's a big mistake to block players because they sat out, but then again you are talking about a guy that wouldn't bring in players that could help his team if they took certain, you know, stances.

If they like Parsons' talent but ignore him on their draft board because he sat out the 2020 season, they are really dumber than I imagined.

I think there is a big of a danger in that. I have seen ample players in college who has great sophomore season and yet failed to back it up the following season. Not saying that will be the case with Parsons and others who did not play due to covid but I would think college players need as much playing time as possible to prove themselves before taking a big leap to the next level.
