There is little evidence it is accurate. This isn't something new that just came up that anyone should be blindsided by. These allegations were public more than year ago and it was investigated by the school, police and district attorney. Not to mention the kid that made the claim has filed multiple federal lawsuits against Franklin and Penn State that got thrown out by the Judge. You can also find multiple quotes from former teammates stating it isn't accurate and that the kid making the claims was nothing but trouble from the moment he got on campus.

I hope that's the case.

I really do. Especially for his sake. My daughter was the victim of a SA a few years ago. She still hasn't quite recovered from that. I'm finding myself more sensitive and aware of these cases.

Parsons could be a diva headache, we already have a few of those, one in particular who has a GIANT head to go along with the ache. So this would actually make sense for a perfect Jerry pick. Drops due to character concerns, immaturity issues, comes across as entitled, Jerry thinks he got a steal.

Wouldn’t surprise me at all, he’s made to be a Cowboy!

I'm not concerned about hazing issues - we've all done stupid stuff in our life, especially in college. Anyone who's rushed, been hazed or has been the hazer (is that even a word??) - knows it's all in fun and people need to not be so thinned skinned.

the only thing worse than taking a corner is...taking a corner and then listening to the jones family and all the dfw media talk about deion sanders for the next 6 months.

I think it’s more the fact that I am not sure he’s as likely to “hit” as say Surtain. The range of results from Parsons is much wider. Sure, big upside but frankly I think he more busy factor than others we have been linked to.

Teams needs a CB period. In fact they need 2. It would be foolish to pass up a Solid, big and polished CB. They don't come around often and Dallas isn't going to be drafting in the top 10 often.

Yeah it is - heck we'd do all kinds of stupid stuff like that in High School..let alone college. No one was hurt by it and had much less of an impact than what kids do to each other on social media these days.

Really? That happened on your teams? Man....I grew up in the 80s, and we did a lot of crazy stuff that would be crapped on today, but we never did anything like that.

well the jv team traveled with the varsity team and after the stop to eat on the highway home...the varsity would get on the bus first and the catcher would stand in the aisle and grab JV players and hold his cup from the game over their face for as long as he could.

thankfully I was a good player and never got this treatment...that was just the beginning and that was in the early 90s
