Parsons is here love it or hate it. Accept it and move on.

With four picks today, our draft will either be make or break depending on how we will fill out this roster. CB/S is still in peril and we need to walk away with a couple probable starters. DL needs another body or two that can contribute otherwise our secondary choices will get filleted.

We have to hit today - we can't expect these guys to be Pro Bowlers, but we need solid starting pieces if we want to sniff postseason. There's talent still out there and we're in the position to pounce on it.

Here's to hoping our scouts earn their bread on this spring day.

I’m hoping we prioritize FS today. Moehrig and Holland are still there. I think a legit FS is the most important position to be looking for right now.

There’s also guys like Wyatt Davis left. We know from recent history this OL preforms at its best when we have a mauler at LG.

Overall I think we can get a nice haul today.

What's going to suck is the Eagles are going to walk away with a really good prospect at #37 that's gonna upset us - wouldn't be shocked at all if it's secondary help either.

Agree! I was hoping Safety but am thinking CB now with Parsons. With the picks they have they may need to just target their best CB and move up. I think they can wait in beginning of Rd 2 because a lot of talent there. May need to move after that. Package 3s

I like it because we get more picks. I do not like being limited to one pick. It was all downhill for me from pick 13 on.

I actually prefer picking later in round 1 because every pick prior to ours has a little drama attached to it. Last night I had to force interest in the hopes we'd trade back up into the 1st round and felt cheated when it was over.

I also like the time between picks better today than yesterday, too much time for them to interview the players and not one has ever interested me. I wish one time a guy would get up there and go "whew, glad I made it. I was tuning up backstage and worried they might test me one more time. That's why I am wearing sunglasses while it's raining, my pupils look like a cat's. I am glad I got picked 8th because I am going to make more money than all of these clowns except 7. I would like to thank God but I think He likes 7 other guys better than me. I would like to thank my parents for having unprotected sex. Thank you".

Some non-secondary darkhorses today - guys I wouldn't put money on us selecting, but names that make you think:

#44 - Levi Onwuzurike/Joseph Ossai/Wyatt Davis/Carlos Basham
#75, #77, #84 - Walker Little/Jordan Smith/Daviyon Nixon/Tyler Shelvin

..who's left for OL draft? I mean we need some bodies. We have a $40 million QB to protect.

Four picks.....DT, OT, Safety and CB....with two more CB's early day 3.

I've been wrong every single time so far this draft and I doubt that I'll end this amazing streak by actually being right this time, but it's fun to conjecture.

Time for some new Chidobe Awuzies, Trysten Hills, and Maliek Collinses :yourock:

And time for some Gallops, Gallimores, Diggses, Gregories, Lawrences, Smiths, and Williamses. And Pollards and Schultzes and Lewises and Prescotts.

Should be fun.

It’ll be Samuel Jr. which we wouldn’t have taken anyways as he’s more of a slot.
