It's clear Stephen is following what he said earlier. They want cheap contracts so they likely won't be using 3rd round picks to move up. They want to use all those picks to help their cap situation.

This franchise is good at grabbing players but crappy at building a roster.

Just curious have you watched him play? Joseph is as good as Surtain and Horn but drops cause of character issues

character issues make him a nobody. you can't be "as good" as the best two available if you can't be bothered to practice and learn your craft

we’ll see if his off the field issues are real but on the field he’s pretty damn good

Exactly, and we've needed nasty on defence, and we're getting nasty. That's good! I hope he gets a lot of picks and destroys WRs that dare catch it. I'll take that. Oh, and he destroys QBs on CB blitzes, again, yes please.
