Yes, speed kills. We're definitely getting faster. Speed can make up for a lot of mistakes. I'm excited. we got 2 young CBs now that have a lot if upside.

Hopefully coaches can coach him up and keep his head on right.

Why do I have the feeling Thomas will be joining our secondary and that's why we didn't make a play for Moehrig. Last year ET wasn't signed due to "character issues". Well this draft has been full of character issues, so maybe they just don't care as long as you have talent. Maybe ET is coming in for the cheap after the draft.
because ET is OLD expensive and has issues this is rookie get past it..lets let him makes mistakes before you project them on him..ET wasn't worth the trouble at this point in his career..

I knew it. I’ve known it all along that you guys loved players that stacked good days and went about things the right way and just loved the game of football. I just wish y’all were more appreciative of Landry2.0 I mean Jason Garrett while he was in Dallas being a leader of men.

Dude is one of the most talented players in the draft. 4 ints in 9 games. Shut down Bama. Ran a 4.34 40. I don't have to have watched Kentucky to have heard of him.

What

A

JOKE

!!!!!!!!!

You wait like confused fools watching Bill Belichick move up to grab DT Christian Barmore and Chuckie moves up to grab S Trevon Moehrig 1 pick before the doofus Cowboys front office finally picks at 44?

Then you draft a 3rd round rated CB early in the 2nd round? For this you waited???

IDIOTS!!!!!

This front office is a joke!

In what universe is he a 3rd round rated CB? Another Cowboyszone loudmouth who thinks they are a GM lol

Not my first choice, but I have no issue with the pick. This is a classic case of people are mad because it’s not someone they have heard or it’s not someone on Mel kipers best available list.
not really, maybe some, but for me it is he is a potential diva/head case, and Barmore would have helped the defense so much more than a CB like this.
There were other CB's if they were intent on getting that position, maybe someone with a different mental make up.

They had leaders.

You can win with players like that when you have leadership, both on the sidelines and on the field.

Outside of Dak, who do you trust as a leader? Tank? he goes on Twitter and blames the fans. Jaylon? "Check the film"

McCarthy? Nope.

Bad comparison my friend.
BS. Just a product of the social media era. We had a bunch of thugs in the 90s. People felt sorry when we lost Tuinei to drugs, Eric Williams ruined his career while driving impaired, made excuses for the white house and irvin's drug arrest. Lol!!! People are blind to the past and quick to judge the present.

For the outside Quinn wants 6-0 200 4.4 guys with 32" arms. Joseph is extremely close, Samuel is tiny and would likely only be seen as a slot guy.

Kelvin Joseph 5114 197 4.34 Arms: 31 7/8
Asante Samuel 5101 180 4.38 Arms: 30 1/8

ok thanks!

Diggs and Joseph sound pretty good to me!!!
I'll wait , he may need some development time and game experience but I'd wonder who'd start until Joseph is ready ..brown?

I also believe Joseph blazing 4.34 speed, four INTs in 2020 and optimistic game tape vs
Alabama may have skyrocketed his stock to the cowboys 2nd round pick.

BS buddy. Every DC and his coaches have input into the draft and if they want a player they’ll get him.

Sorry....when your gm doesn't value the position and has decades worth of data showing he doesn't then that's what is going to happen.

Ignoring that trend will only lead you to more frustration, i don't know how else to say that...stop torturing yourself being mad at it. It was never going to happen.

I'm not saying I want him to come in. But I have a feeling we're going to pick him up and Sherman up for pretty cheap. Since character issues are not as much of a concern this year as much as they were last year. I have a hunch it could happen.

Not saying I want it to or it will, but I just have a hunch.
