Blimey!
Rogers in Washington would make them, not us, favorites in the NFC East.
The WFT, with Rivera, become instant contenders. Mateys, a big/minor cause for alarm?

Smith went on to name all of Washington's young weapons Rodgers could use, such as Terry McLaurin, Antonio Gibson, Logan Thomas and J.D. McKissic, but his main reasons for why he'd like the fit is Washington's defense and the sorry state of the NFC East entering 2021.

I thought that Rodgers only wanted to go to the West Coast with his two top teams been San Francisco and Raiders. Maybe The Chargers would be in the mix if that’s the case?

That would be interesting. If you’re the Chargers with your promising new player in Herbert, do you deal him in a package for Rodgers if the offer is there?

The third choice I saw on his wish list was the Broncos.

But it’s funny to read this because it was the WFT that first came to mind for me when the trade possibilities came up. It reminds me of the whole RGIII trade and what they were willing to give up for unproven. Snyder and Co would likely give up the farm for Rodgers and that would make them immediate contenders.

Just skimmed the article but it said nothing about compensation the Skins would have to give up. They would lose Young, probably another defensive player, and two 1st round picks.

The Skins’ offensive weapons mentioned don’t impress me.

I don’t think they will give up Young or other players. I think they will gladly give up three 1st round picks and even more picks if necessary.

Yeah, that would suck.

good thing Stephen A isn’t known to have any legit NFL insider access. He’s just a talking head
You're right. But.... it is a pretty dang good idea.

I'd hate it.

I don't see GB letting him go to the NFC and is probably checking the schedule to see when the AFC divisions come up. They're going to have some fans siding with Rodgers and having him back in this season or next might be dicey.

Rivera is a D HC, I would think Rodgers would want a HC more like Gruden.

I could see them checking CIN and LAC to see how happy they are with their youngsters and see if they wouldn't mind parting with them.

I can also see this all blowing over with the help of a new deal that makes him the highest paid.

If they do trade him, I think the Raiders is the landing spot.

We all know that Stephen A. is a hack, a paid shill to get Cowboy haters fired up. When I lived in Philly in the 90s they would bring him on the local sports radio station to get fans riled up and he’s still doing the same act.

There’s a snowball’s chance in the inferno that Rodgers ends up playing in Washington. My bet is that he sits out the year or gets traded to the Broncos. It wouldn’t be the first time that Elway trades for a superstar QB in the twilight of his career, and there’s a reason that they didn’t select a quarterback in the first round.

they wouldn’t trade young but those offensive players would certainly impress you when Aaron Rodgers is throwing them the ball

Hollah and brings me a dollah!

its a hypothetical that wont happen,,its not where AR wants to go and doubt GB would trade him to the NFC

MY best bet both would agree LV Raiders better spot both could agreee on Denver 2nd Imagine denve rdoigthat twice with two ex elite QBS that come in and get titles.. no need to draft go hire hitmen to get the SBS..

why get you panties in wad over hypotheticals..

anywhere rogers goes make them an instant contender...

I think they are already favorites to win the division.

What in the world have we done to say we're the favorites? Dak being healthy after going 1-3 last year?
I say it

why

because we didnt only lose dak we lost 2 levels of OL, used 4 qbs, had zeke not well and injured and WFT all they could do was one game better with us having 17 starters down at one time or another...we played with 2nd string team all year..one game that it that all they could do with DC and eagles having historic injuries' lists? they are so overrated it hurts..sure their defense looks good but also look who they faced dalton, Nooch and gilbert having 3rd string line block and we had no defense at all, ONE GAME they bested us, oh im so scared,,....lmao

id say yes we are the favorites, period..

If Dak and Elliott are so good, why are some people here so scaredy cat? Highest paid QB and highest paid RB, and people are worried? You don’t pay a QB $40M/year and a RB $15M/year if they aren’t the best. Dak and Elliott got this. R-e-l-a-x.

Dak makes more money than Rodgers, more of a running threat, younger, a better leader of men, and healthier. Dak has more offensive weapons than Rodgers has in GB and would have in Washington. Too easy.

I don’t get the fear. If Dak and Elliott are so good, why fear the Washington defense, or any defense for that matter?

Washington will win off defense. You win with defense in this league.

Until we show that we have a defense that can make a stop then I don't see how you can say we're the favorites.

We have no idea how Dak will be both physically and mentally. We have no idea if Zeke wants to try or not. We have no idea how the o-line will hold up even if healthy. We have no idea how Quinn will do. We have no idea how McCarthy will do.

There are too many unanswered questions right now to say the Cowboys are the favorites.

Unless we prove we can field a competent defense and stay healthy on the OL, we have no business being considered favorites for the division. Every game will be a shoot out until everything comes together.

GB wont let him go without and asset they were already offerd that much draft stock and didnt even take sec to say NO..

IF a Team like WFT wants AR GB will ask for 2-3 high draft picks and player like Young..they dont want to trade AR and are dug in it will take the biggest trade in NFL history to get Rogers away from GB..this we know

Now wilson next season could end up anywhere..hes just as scary a thought to face twice year not just WFT NY isnt satisfied with Daniels either so 2022 WFT and NY could both have Rogers and Wilson ouch.:)) not happening but if we are living in the what if world.well chew on that..

..they could get him for less GB doesnt concede or do anything they dont want to and its apprent..3 1sts wont do it could be 2-3 firsts and Young but scenarios where 2 firsts, a top defender , and say is it MIA they include Tua..

that why all these AR posts are growing tiresome..hes not leaving GB unless something so insane our heads would explode..gb is not making it easy..
