He doesn’t look like he is fat in the video. I don’t see a 340-360 pound player in that video.

Even with Dontario Poe not working out as planned, i'm still so very glad the Cowboys are trying to revise their philosophy in trying to be more stout, more bigger, more physical in the interior.
its not just a quick twitch- movement based run defense.
i've said that even if a guy is 310 pounds but still can more than handle and hold his own vs run, ..play much bigger than his size suggest - i'm still be for it.
But it deserves notice around the NFL of the more noted run stuffers of present and past, it's been the bigger 1 techs and NTs that tend to stand out, imo.

Ive known 310 lb men that are babies, and Ive known 310 lb men that you better make sure they are your friend.
Im giving guys like Hill the benefit of the doubt that he is not a baby boy,, but Big Bo, you definitely want to be his friend, thats the difference maker right there, nasty attitude.
Attitude in the trenches is what has been lacking,, I hope Bo keeps talking it up and lights it up.

His attitude his willing to sacrifice for others to shine takes a certain mentality and medal that leads to a team becoming a family. I've just always believed in having them big athletic nasty demeanor types in the middle because it's grown man business in the trenches. I honestly look at teams that have stout defenses year in and year out they have some certified bad a**es upfront and they really bring an energy to a team in my opinion.

Yeah, he was 327 at his pro day. That is reportedly about what he wants to play at, which would be about right.

The guy certainly has the skills to do what Quinn wants out of him. If he heads to camp in that 327 pound range, that’ll be great. I think he’ll play a lot as a rookie.

He will lose additional weight in pre-season and the first part of the regular season. Most rookies that put forth energy every play tend to drop weight despite the caloric intake. Different level.
