What NFC East rival foe concerns you the most:
1) Washington FT:
They may have the best HC in the division, imo. but their biggest issues is gonna be at QB, Fitz magic is scrappy but he’ll be hot one streak and be erratic & mistake prone in other streaks.
It helps with Antonio Gibson run game, and having Terry McLaurin and Chris Samuels at WR, and they have probably the best OL coach in NFL. They are gradually building one of the better young defenses in NFL starting with their loaded No. 1 pick invested DL, per Chase Young.
Only in their secondary is where I still think they are very iffy and vulnerable.
Along with Denver, i thought they truly miss out on a rich QB class and should've traded to get up
for Mac Jones, imo.
2) NYGiants
If Barkley makes an AP like full recovery from an ACL tear, and anything close to his explosive self, he instantly makes them a threat again, we’ve had our share of issues vs Saquan.
QB Daniel Jones with his added WR weaponry,(Golladay, Toney) could make them tougher to have to deal with ..vs Fitz-Magic in Wash. But Daniels still takes a lot of sacks, will make critical mistakes in critical stretches, still have a suspect OL and even more suspect OC.
Besides L. Williams, who are their impact defensive players ?
and could their D” give our offense problems ? they could have a solid secondary in Logan, Bradberry and McKinney; but what about the overall front seven ?
3) Philly Eagles: -worth repeatin’ .. .. i dunno anything about their new HC, or if he truly believes in a run game or not, but i'm expecting Hurts is gonna be asked to carry the load, and end up being further exposed this year.
i'm expecting Iggles to place the offense and load on Hurts back, and it will come back to sting them.
Will rookie WR Devontae Smith be that much of a Justin Jefferson type instant impact to their offense with Hurts at the steering wheel ?
Defensively they added aging vet Ryan Kerrigan who could even start at one point, but otherwise i dunno if i have seen anything they have upgraded on defense in offseason that has impressed or worries me on facing them.
i feel If you can control Hurts’ run skills and blast and punish him under duress in pass game, I think we can handle and make him a nonfactor. He’ll have to prove he is well and beyond his rookie-ness now.
And what’s the state of their problematic OL now ? they added a player (center) and have both OTs returning from injury.
