I don’t know what his agenda is. I just know he doesn’t appreciate Prescott too much.

His opinion of Prescott doesn't bother me at all, its totally irrelevant to the team or anything else for that matter. we are all here for entertainment. we are all entitled to our opinion. Its when he makes up rules and tries to apply logic to it that he fails and it becomes more comedic than anything else...then he spins and squirms and tries to get out of it...its cute in a way. but regardless, this is the boring part of the year, so its something to amuse me until training camp and season starts and he will be ignored by most. I am sure though, that when we lose a game, they will all be here in force pointing fingers at Dak. only one team has gone the season without losing in 50+ years, so you know it will happen and you know their responses in advance...we have seen it.

funny thing, I can guarantee it 1000%. even this kid who says I will call Dak a winner if he wins a superbowl or MVP, that if Dak does then he will spin it as anybody else could have done it with this supporting case and or why didn't he do it earlier, and some other kind of spin. you know its coming. you can read between the lines and every so often they spill it.

I think my only opinion was that this team had a long way to go ? My other sentence stated the stats from the article. Concluding with popcorn for spectating. And I was using the term homers to describe the people who attack anyone posting anything non positive about Dak or this franchise. People who champion Dak without attacking others who see Dak differently are fans not homers. Thanks for pointing it out so I could explain what I mean by homers.

So when you Dak homers post articles that are pro Dak you chime in and prostate yourself to the Cult of Dak. You have no problem with that. But post an article with some historical facts your panties get in a bunch. And for the record, Punk, I never blamed Dak in my post, I just wrote the stats. And I said the team had a ways to go. Hopefully when you get older you won’t be so threatened by facts and attack messengers.

But at least two interviews I've seen with him were on regrets on not winning a SB. One was the one I mentioned above, the other was an interview on his early 1984 Super Bowl Loss. In that interview, he said something to the effect that he was just starting out and he had already made it to the Super Bowl, only to lose to the 49ers. He thought he would be back and have plenty more chances. He regretted it because he could not have known that that would be his only shot to even get back to the Super Bowl.

So, while I believe he might have said that he was happy, I don't believe he doesn't regret not winning one. He just brings it up too often. I think any great player would regret not winning a championship.

It's true. It shouldn't be a big deal that @MountaineerCowboy doesn't like Dak, or that the assumption that he's not a fan of the team should be placed upon him.

The thing is...

I'm a fan of Dak, and I have said that before, but I will debate with people all day that have crowned him already and let them know that he does not deserve that type of praise yet. All I ask is before you put him in the ring of honor after 5 years let him do something to earn it first.

If Dak succeeds then the Cowboys succeed. That's all that matters.
