Who the hell has SB expectations with a franchise who hadn’t appeared in over 25 years, not even made a conference championship game .

And more recently missed playoffs in consecutive seasons and3 of last 4. And a a team that wouldn’t be picked to win any other division.

Yes , hope and aspirations are fine. Until you start holding the pieces responsible for not meeting the magic or expectations you hope for. At that point it becomes agenda driven.

I don't expect them to win the Super Bowl but I think they may have the team this year to do it. Depends on injuries and defense gelling.

Why should you expect me to work hard and reach the organizational goals? You can hope and aspire that I do, but don't expect me to deliver what I am being paid to do.

If you didn’t meet the goals I’d fire you eventually and hire people with greater skills. Unfortunately as fans we don’t have to the power to make those decisions.

I wish more fans would take your approach and translate the lack of success pulling back their financial support until we had more success on the field. I’ve argued for years now we are sending our ownership the wrong message.

Right. This dysfunctional organization has a history of over paying.

Remember this is an entertainment sports league. Not just a football league. There’s more business at hand than just winning football games. These football personalities also attract fans and sponsors which contribute to the revenue.

Theres a reason we continue to lead the way with revenue despite much success on the field. These offensive stars are like gold to the bottomline.

I'm a pretty optimistic person but I don't see them contending this year. I think the defense has below average talent to be a contender.

Now if Parsons is the next Ray Lewis, KJ and Diggs are the new Kevin Smith and Larry Brown and Osa is the next Leon Lett, then we may contend this year or next. I'm optimistic that we nailed the draft. If we didn't nail the draft then we have too poor of a defense to hang with the Bad Boys of the league
