You said that before that you would be gone for a year if the Cowboys signed Dak. Yet here you are after only a couple months. So your word is worthless. 666 is the sign of the Devil and you shouldn't be allowed to sport it. Also, it says A LOT about you.

LOL

P.S. By the way do you have a response concerning Dak's last win against a playoff team?

This whole thread is funny.

It's two extremes where people are carving out ridiculous positions. You have one where Dak was awesome, the defense let him down. Then you have the other side, where the defense was good, Dak let them down.

Both positions are laughable.

On the contrary I’ve applauded how well this site is run. I’m just suggesting a tweak on Dak threads.

It appears only those who frequent with antagonist ways in those threads are against it.
You do realize that there is only 5 threads on Dak that’s about 8 percent at this time and that for the face of the franchise doesn’t seem out of proportion. Pro or con most are entertaining and do get involvement of many members. The QB of any team is the lightning rod of fan praise and fan dislike and it was the same when Don M was the QB and others who played the position, I don’t agree with posters like rockport but respect his view and enjoy the banter of members responding. Lighten up and enjoy a little more it’s what the board is about.

If this behavior and childish senseless rhetoric in these Dak threads is what this forum is all about then I’m not interested.

We have seen time after time when hot topics deserve a pinned thread or own forum . Dak is certainly leaning in that direction. Perhaps this can all serve as a wake up call for the extremes to tone it down before it reaches a point of no return.

We’ll see how it unfolds once season begins.

Yep

Problem is that most fans are more in the middle but can’t have normal discussions for the most part.

If that’s the case then I’d just as soon it all be locked up in a playground on it’s own.

Do you have a response to the fact that this is a team sport and Dak plays with 52 other players and the defense has been been like swiss cheese with no turnovers the last few years and the the coaching with Garrett and crew were absolutely horrible? Do you have a response to my statement that this isn't Golf? No, of course you don't. You just troll with your 666 badge.

I thought in '92 we had the #1 defense. I remember the buzz of the 92 NFCCG was the 49ers #1 offense going against the Cowboys #1 defense.

O well, that just kind of surprised me. But as Jimmy Johnson used to say, offense sells tickets and defense wins championships. 100% facts right there.
we also had the #1 in 77

Wrong!! I am more in the middle than the extremes. But this is why a separate play ground is needed. This segment aren’t even able to distinguish.

Do I support our Qb? Of course but see his flaws and if you’d read in these threads have expressed as much.

But at least you’ve stopped trying to defend your magical mystery SB tour. Lol

You really think you're a better fan then others because you EXPECT mediocrity every year, don't you?

You've somehow convinced yourself that people that expect Super Bowl caliber teams are bad fans, but the ones who have accepted losing before it even happens are the good ones.

Get over yourself. You've already accepted defeat before they've played a single game.

It has nothing to do with being a better fan.

Your magical SB run is fine until you begin holding individuals responsible for not meeting these goals which aren’t based on anything substantial.

Way to go Rock!!!! You finally let us see a video of you on the keyboard while posting a comment against one of those 'haters' or 'trolls' you lash out against in the Dallas group.

Who the hell has SB expectations with a franchise who hadn’t appeared in over 25 years, not even made a conference championship game .

And more recently missed playoffs in consecutive seasons and3 of last 4. And a a team that wouldn’t be picked to win any other division.

Yes , hope and aspirations are fine. Until you start holding the pieces responsible for not meeting the magic or expectations you hope for. At that point it becomes agenda driven.

If you are a C student there’s nothing wrong to strive and work towards becoming an A student. But you don’t start punishing the student if they can’t make it as long as you see an effort.

Hope is a wonderful virtue until you start blaming or holding individuals responsible for not meeting your expectations.

Usually goals and expectations are based more on current history and recent trends.

You'd be a perfect boss to work for with that attitude.

Why should you expect me to work hard and reach the organizational goals? You can hope and aspire that I do, but don't expect me to deliver what I am being paid to do.

Absolute terrible, loser attitude.

How is that a terrible approach to a football organization that has failed to do anything productive in the last 25+ years? There is a difference between hope and reality. From a business standpoint hoping to earn a profit at the end of the year is a good goal but if the business has failed to produce a profit in 25+ years than the reality of the situation is that the management structure is clearly failing and falsely hoping for success is not based on reality.
