Damn...this post reminds...gone to hit a bowl.

Not to hijack the thread, but I tried it for the first time in 35+ years recently.

Always heard it was great for chronic pain and I don't even wanna know what the drugs I'm on are doing to my body. So I went to a friend of a friend and got some.

I took two small hits and I was absolutely blasted! I mean go lay down blasted. It definitely helped with my pain but darn, I couldn't do a darn thing but lay there. Haha. Tried one more time with only one hit and the same thing happened.

It's surely not your Granddad's pot anymore. Although if I could find a strain that had the pain-reducing qualities without the high I would love it. Like I said, it did relieve pain for sho!

My wife has an auto immune, she was diagnosed at 24 and having knee replacements at 32....needless to say she has been on so many pills, we finally found a good Dr and he told me she needs to start smoking or the opiates will kill her long before the disease does. She now is doing much better, still has pain but the UTI's and the headaches are gone. She also uses 1/3 of the pills now. They do make the strain your talking about and CBD products will also do that for you.

She now is doing much better, still has pain but the UTI's and the headaches are gone. She also uses 1/3 of the pills now. They do make the strain your talking about and CBD products will also do that for you.

Yes, a dispensary has a strain for many different uses. PTSD is a big problem with vets and marijuana has been the savior of many.

I moved to Oklahoma last summer and got my license Same here 1st time in over 30 years smoked 1 and was blasted for hours
