Good. As Zeke needs to run more, as well as Pollard when he is in for a few series.
control the clock, protect that defense.
Now if they can get Kellen Garrett Jr. Moore on board with it.
I don't think the Cowboys want Dak throwing the ball 40 times a game either. Last year we were all screaming about Zeke disappearing and only getting a limited number of carries. Hopefully the Cowboys will be playing with a lead and will use Zeke AND Pollard to RUN THE BALL.
That’s the keyI think this is what most people want. But for him to do this he has got to get this team ready by Sunday's....they can't go out there playing sloppy to start games....you aren't allowed to be balanced when your defense is bad, offense starts off slow and special teams suck.
Like Mike Tyson said, ‘Everyone has a plan until he gets punched in the mouth.’
Run on 3.
1, 2, 3 Run!
Fumble. Interception.
Time for Plan B.
That’s the key
To be balanced the run game has to be successful and you have have a decent D
In case you didnt notice, MM just blew your Kellen Moore theory right out of the water. As discussed, MM confirmed that throwing the ball a lot was in direct relation to the poor defense and the poor Oline play. He stated that straight out.
I am confident, however, that you will continue to contradict the obvious and the HC and imply that its because Kellen Moore wants it that way.
Zeke and the Cowboys average 2.7 YPC in the first quarter of games last year.
It will help if we don’t start out 0 to 14 by the end of the first quarter. It also might help if the defense could stop the offense once in a while.
