He always played in the preseason. Not sure where you are getting this idea from.

Not every game though, that I recall. And even so, we probably wouldn't play Dak more than one game anyway. Get him a few series, and then that's the preseason for him is how I'd approach it.

Says anyone who has paid attention. They tend to undersell injuries.

And look, we've gone from no concerns this afternoon to well, we still aren't concerned but we are going to likely have him sit out a couple of weeks.
He’s the starting QB so of course you’re going to be cautious. Duh.

1st day in pads and Dak opts out.

While it's never good to see a player leave practice, all of the buzz following his departure has downplayed the event. Prescott spent some time working with a trainer before jogging off the field. The news would be much more concerning if Prescott were dealing with an ankle issue as the star passer is coming off a compound fracture and dislocation of his right ankle. For now, we can assume Prescott is fine and the team is simply taking every possible precaution with their elite quarterback. He remains a top-five fantasy option at his position.

Lol let me get this straight. You want us to look at every season but his rookie year? When he won rookie of the year and then say Zeke carried the offense? Was it Zeke who threw a dime to dez at Heinz field? Or was it Zeke who went toe to toe with Rodgers in the playoffs? You people need something new. And even if you want to make winning a qb stat. 29-24 is still a winning record. Lol.

Nice to see Rock has a growing hoard of defenders to his BS.

A muscle strain absolutely can be seen on an MRI, depending upon the severity or grade of the strain, or how much inflammation there is. especially if there’s slight tearing of the muscle.

But by all means continue.

From a medical source: "An MRI will not show muscle strains or other problems with soft tissues."

The only strain these haters get is from playing Madden for hours on end.

How is your carpel tunnel syndrome from all the hater/troll typing you do here on a daily basis? You really should give the keyboard a break.

I'm not sure some of them can figger out how to play Madden they just watch the intro and give up thinking they won.

Figger? If you are going to try and insult people you need to brush up on your grammar.

There's no way Dak complains about a sore arm in 2019 or 2020 when he's still trying to get paid. No need for that nonsense now.
He played with a bad shoulder in the Philly game in 2018. You always bring that game up. So now. You are complaining he isnt playing in pain, but then you were complaining he was playing in pain. AMAZING

Had he gotten his big pay day yet? No? The why in the hell would he play in that game but decides to sit out now with a minor strain?

Bad shoulder, broken ankle, and then bad shoulder again. That's 3 years in a row with something causing him to either play hurt and hurt the team or miss time.

If this was Wentz we'd be calling him injury prone.

So. After getting paid you think he cares more about injury? Youd think that before getting paid he would care more. He has his guaranteed money and is set for life now. Yet you believe hes gone soft because he got paid? If he had a career ending injury in that game against Philly theres a lot more to lose than now if he plays thru this muscle strain no? You are just one of those people that no matter what dak does you will complain. It is what it is

If he tore his rotator cuff that is because he wasn't ready for all the action he was getting. EVERY training staff member should be fired. I am thinking coaching common sense isn't in play either if that happened. Dak's not the type of guy to say "I've had enough for the day". Hell, when I played baseball in high school my coaches knew when pitchers were done. These are pro coaches/trainers. If they are leaving it up to the players, they are morons.

They did an MRI. Unless they're misleading us which I doubt, it's not a rotator cuff.
