The way Jerry was talking during some interviews this training camp, it sounds like he is beginning to soften up on the subject. Possible we could see it happen soon.

It will happen. It’s just absolutely ridiculous that it didn’t happen before Jimmy’s HOF induction. Jerry is in the HOF for his “contributions” off the field to the NFL. Jimmy is in for his coaching on the field. Big difference.

It should be an embarrassment to Jerry that he’s waited so long to induct Jimmy into the ROH. Because by acting so childish and petty, it actually diminishes Jerry’s own accomplishments.

I totally agree what an embarrassment this is to Jerry. Jerry can be loyal to a fault, generous, but if you get on this bad side, there’s hell to pay.

Why is Jimmy Johnson so conspicuously missing from the Cowboys Ring of Honor after all these years? After all, he is the architect that built a 3x Super Bowl champion (Barry S. won that 3rd one with the foundation Jimmy already had in place).

Did you hear Jerry’s presser to open up TC? He said he “***’d” up the whole thing with Jimmy. He also said Jimmy would go into the ROH.

If you truly don't know the answer to that question you're more naive than Kay from the Godfather.

If Jerry can't be remembered as a genuine GM who built this franchise and even contributed to it's football related success then he's going to do the next best thing. He's going to exchange this history with his own version.....the one where he's a genuine GM who built this franchise and even contributed to it's football related success

Each time he recounts his "experiences" it seems we hear less "we' and more "me".

If you ever begin to believe that Jerry Jones was on the football end of any Cowboys success then I recommend reading any of the S.I. archived articles during those times. From start to finish it was all Johnson.

Jerry Jones beleives that success, while employed by him, is proprietary property which means it's as if he did it himself.

If Dallas wins the SB this season Jerry will put Jimmy in the ROH next year.

I don't think Jerry wants to do it until he wins one that no one give Jimmy credit for, whatsoever.

More likely, Jimmy will get put in after he and/or Jerry are/is dead.
