You do know that young MLB pitchers throw themselves into major surgery. All. The. Time.

I agree with Hasselback.

We never see this in the NFL to the point of having surgery.

It’s ridiculous and Dak has better genetics than Hasselback.

When Hasselback was in the league he looked like he was 25 going on 65

Good point, this team has never undersold medical issues before

Exactly. This team will see a player go down w/ACL...and say, "No worries, might return in the second half." And players are usually overly optimistic when talking injuries.

So maybe it really is nothing. But we can't learn much from team or player comments.

We can if we believe them.

Hasselback is very calm and not known to freak out about things or go for hype clicks….and he's not doing so here either.

He's just logically laying out his thoughts on the topic, and every single thing he said makes sense.

He doesn't throwout panic, but it is something to keep an eye on over a 17 game season, and hopefully playoffs.

Dallas is smart to get ahead of this early and no push the arm too much.
So we've got a gimp QB who when a long pass is called for will get a dump off in the flat instead? Going to be another SOS year. Pro athletes should know when NOT to push it in training camp and he stuffed up. But hey he got paid right?

I never made it to the big show but I could throw 100 mph heat Just never knew if it was always going to be in the strike zone. If you over do it to early and fast you can hurt yourself I have done it

Hasselback could be right. Or he could be wrong about Dak. Any arm soreness with your starting quarterback is a little concerning. You don’t hear it coming out of any other camps.

One would think that this so-called soreness is directly related to his ankle injury and not being able to fully push off?

Who knows.

In the famous words of the late Al Davis - “Just win baby”.

The right amount of Tequila will make him forget he even has a shoulder

It had me on all fours howling at the moon like a wolf. And then I crawled under a sink and threw up.

I never did that again.
