agree. but look at Mac Jones upside , and on a rookie deal. And look at Cam's contract compared to Dak's . So much cap space to sign and build the team on D and O . Our star QB may not even finish the season with how many injuries he already has . I am concerned about him not playing any real game so far . Game speed may be too fast for him once he gets back after such a long layoff. Tampa defense will feast on him if he is not careful.

They have the set up you want.....an owner, a GM, a HC with power.....and they all stay in their lanes. And are accountable. Wish the Cowboys had this. No coincidence they are the most successful franchise as far as winning since 2000. And they're 2nd in most valuable franchise....so Kraft is winning on and off the field.

Even Ryan’s Super Bowl winning defense, probably the best of all time, needed a QB to win. McMahon was much better than Newton is. But it is possible. In the NFL anything can happen. Most games come down to matchups and who can exploit those better than the other team. And Belichek is one of the best of all time at that.

yea given what i saw from minnesota and new york last week it appears nobody cares at all about these games except a few coaches who are going to play their regulars a little.

very true. Amazing what one coach can do for an organization . He picked brady , and he will keep this team on top . It all starts with empowering a good coach to coach and make decisions . It is not the UN or a demoracy . He is the man in charge and if the players get that , there is no excuse but to perform or be out. I feel with the cowboys MM is like jason , a yes man for jerry . The reward is 5 million dollars for as long as you can milk that job. Jason garret made 30 million in his last 5 years with the cowboys for averaging 8-8.
