We all have that sinking feeling about the OL

I wanted to believe 2020 was an aberration for the OL. But it's looking clear that age and injury are catching up. Maybe we'll somehow nurse things through the season and not become a major liability. I just hope we go OL hard and early in next year's draft. Time to rebuild!

Possibly.
Over reaction to Collins walking off of practice today. That will probably end up being nothing serious.
Maybe some dehydration?

I don't. That is not to say we will not sustain any injuries on the OL, hell guys get rolled up on and take a lot of physical abuse. What I do not expect to see is 3 OT go down along with the Center and then the Guard as we saw last year. With OT 1 was gone for the entire year and other most of the year. No I don't expect that nor do I think any team would plan for that. As for draft, I have no issue selecting OL but as soon as you draft an OL I can promise someone will holler why didn't we draft DT or safety or some other position. Cowboys have used high to mid picks on Smith, Williams, Martin, McGovern and Frederick so it is not as if this is not a position Cowboys have ignored

sinking feeling no. I am a bit concerned with our back ups but they did ok towards the end of last year. It may in fact be time to do some rebuilding but there may be some gems on the teams.Who knows may Ball ends up working out when he returns to the team.

Maybe alarcon works out. Maybe those are pipe dreams but Im more concerned with the defense at this point

for Smith being old maybe. but Collins is not old.... lets wait until we get an injury report to see if its a previous injury that its reoccuring or its something different.

OL is fine. Smith looks to be as healthy as he has been in years. Couple good prospects in the interior. McGovern is getting going. Ball has a chance if he behaves. OL is fine.

What position groups suck???

DT is meh. S is meh. CB is young. Really this roster is pretty solid.

All true, but too many people NEED the angst.

I mean I think as fans we have to come to the realization that this offensive line will NEVER be what it was in 2014 and 2016. It just won't. It also doesn't have to be. We need it to be solid. And until Tyron and Zack Martin are gone.....I will feel ok about this offensive line.

Say what? They're all healthy. Are you just trolling?

Why worry,

Philbin's got this. Parsons is 5th string running back right?

He should be getting a few courtesy snaps at left and right tackle.

But seriously, have some faith in Next Man Up and Coach Joe's coaching up.

Everybody acts like Dak needs a first rounder at every OL position.

What did Rodgers say a few years back...?

R-E-L-A-X

McCarthy is fully in charge.

Geez, lol

I’m worried about the Oline too, they could be the downfall of the year. I wish Dallas could find OL outside of the first round. It’s time to start building in the trenches again.

The OL was overrated by the league even in their prime.

Like hell it was.. They produced 3 rushing champs in a 5 year span and got Darren McFadden out of mothballs to 1000 yards in only 10 starts and just for good measure helped Alfred Morris average nearly 5 ypc. In their primes they were simply the best in the game. When it was Free, Zack, Fredbeard, Leary and Smith there was simply no stopping the Cowboys running game. The only thing that could stop them from ramming it down a team's throat was Scott Lenahan.

I know this. But they were still over hyped.
