Again I dont see anyone making an excuse most here are saying they as a coaching staff and team need to change this "we lost an OL so we are in trouble narrative" What would this excuse look like please give me an example....

You the funny this is, this team basically benched Zach Martin when they thought the season was over. But my man Andy Dalton, after the bye, almost took this team to the promised land after they adjusted the offense to get the ball out to the third quickest QB in terms of release the league. But again unlike Dak and his performance against third string corner scrubs against the Eagles, Dalton almost won if not for CeeDee Lamb choking a wide open pass.

Andy Dalton won without Zach and didn’t have Collins nor Smith..

The coaching staff can more than execute. It’s whether the 160 million QB can…

I don’t think it’s just Martin being out per say.

It’s our history of not being to adapt and overcome these situations. Will they bring in a extra blocker? How will Moore try to help out Dak? Etc

Let me preface this by saying I'm not a Garrett guy. Never was.
But when I raise these same concerns you mention here my opinions are met with Moore and McCarthy reassurances that I find far from trust worthy based on just the short history of their coaching tenures here that I've observed.

Neither inspires confidence with me anyway.

THEY ADJUSTED THE OFFENSE during the BYE LAST YEAR to match Dalton’s MO of a quick release offense. Both McCarthy and Dalton are West Coadt guys.
