I think @Chocolate Lab is 100% right on this. It seems McCarthy or someone within the cowboys had a really big say on what and who could be shown and when.

Almost every possible controversial thing was left out.

Pure assumption on my part but I Bellevue Jaylon was left out on purpose. I believe certain guys were. No Jourdan Lewis, no Tyron, no Bossman….I don’t think it was pure coincidence. They stuck with the saw stories. Not much of Randy either.

I’m thinking this as well. They had plenty of story to tell from guys like Jaylon and Gregory…I believe this was intentional.
