Not no chance but very little chance. They're a better team, they're at home, they're raising their banner, they have a much better QB and defense, we played it "smart" and "safe" by not preparing for the game.

They should win it handily. This place should be unreadable by halftime.

Few analysts are going to pick a 6 win team to beat the defending champs at home and I do think the Cowboys lose.

I think Mangini's 3rd point is the reason why they lose. The best way, and often the only way, to beat Brady is to smack him around and mess with his timing. He's probably the most reliant passer on rhythm in the league and I just don't think the Cowboys have the pass rush with 4.

What would we expect people to say in a game that involves the previous Super Bowl champ and a team that missed the playoffs and has a QB coming off a notable injury? I don't expect much consideration. The team will have to earn it.

This is, in effect, the first preseason game.

I will however give them a fighting chance, just because crazy things happen in today's NFL....such as refs keeping the television crowd engaged.

This is our first real preseason game. Just getting ready for the Chargers.

The same one liner is going around sports media that Cowboys have no chance in hell to beat the bucs.

Can’t wait to shut that loser up.:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Good. I like being the big underdog. I'm sure MM will be telling the players before the game about how no one, even many Cowboy fans (just read this thread), aren't giving them a chance to win.:oldcouple:

Good thing that the game still has to be played. Now if the Cowboys win tonight, will the team receive credit or will it be "Maybe the Bucs aren't as good as last year or as good as we thought they were going to be this season." takes?

I won't say no chance but it's going to be extremely difficult and the Cowboys will have to play almost perfect football to win and that will be very tough since their starting quarterback hasn't throw a pass in a game in almost a calendar year.

Well Broussard typically gets everything wrong in the actual sport he covers, so I'm not sure if this moves the needle for me. :flagwave:

i think the bucs win and have thought that since they announced this game was theopening game but to say the cowboys have no chance is not right it could happen that they win lots of things can happen in a football game

A team that has our potential explosiveness can beat any team in the league. Ball not round, bounces funny, things happen.

Anything is possible. I think we have a better chance to win than most folks think. An NBA guy is not going to dissuade me from what I think.
That’s what I was thinking. Guy has no credibility to speak on football. Every team has a shot to knock off a superior team.

NBA guy, FS1 radio host, just got another show with Fox Sports and his broadcast partner is a world famous Brady hater...

He does have other qualifications.

This is not the NCAA, it's the NFL, they have a shot. I believe Dallas needs help from Tampa Bay (turnovers/penalties) but they can win. 28-24.
