Speaking my language Kellen.

Ive not been very impressed with you but last week was a beauty.

The play action still works without a run game and there is no need to watch Zeke crash into Vea over and over.

I would like to see more throws to our backs though. Especially Pollard.

#1 run D in the league returning all players including the best DT tandem in the league.

Missing one of the best OL and run blocking RG's in the league.

Facing an offense that will put at least 28 up against your defense.

I am surprised he admitted to calling 28 runs and even more surprised Prescott only audibled out of 12.

Try to run the ball against that team is the NFL definition of bringing a knife to a gun fight.

Imagine the score without the 4 turnovers.

I hope Kellen Moore never leaves
I have the exact opposite feeling....almost anyone can create yards with this group of talent on offense. however, how you manage the game is what separates good OCs, from great ones and Moore has been very average there. his play calling inside the redzone is very bad. he tends to abandon the run and go pass happy very quickly....yards are yards is not exactly right...its an excuse for what he did. so in his opinion, passing 74 times in a game and running once and getting 400 yards is OK....it actually is not, because the way the defense will play you is different if they know you are going to pass vs. you may run the ball. he needs to be demoted, become offensive quality control coach and work his way back up....he is still learning, but continues to make some of the same mistakes.

The Cowboys played it smart. If Zeke would have kept running it up into the line he would have had one of those 12 carries for 18 years game and the Cowboys would have lost by at least 2 TD's.
he could have used the screen pass to RBs a lot more as it was having a lot of success. it tends to loosen up the middle of the defense and its like a long hand off. he paid it a cursory attention running it a couple of times and then abandoned it. Tampa didn't respect that play and they continued clogging the middle and attacking the edges of the OL with their fast LBs.....on the other hand, Tampa stuck to it and kept going to it and it loosened up our defense.....

100% Correct. Fans have been screaming for a coach to make adjustment and not go with a "this is what we do" kind of gameplan. I thought it was brilliant and it kept us in the ballgame.

Yep. And Zeke would’ve been vilified and blamed for the loss.

The Cowboys had 400 yards of offense, scored 29 points offensively AND won the ToP handily. I’m not sure what else people expect.

he absolutely right

im betting some game are more balanced and few games like 2019 and another cant remember where both pollard and zeke had 100 each. The game , the defense dictates run or pass..

oh right blame zeke..thats it..it was all him the last 2 years but read that..the TB defense ai saw what dak saw was not going to move off keying on the run game particularly zeke, they stacked the box many times walked s or extra LB downs and dared dak to throw and he nearly beat them..

I liked the game plan..

Moore is gonna be a HC at the end of the year. I wish there was a way to keep him instead of Mike

I agree with him each week and each opponent is a game of it's own. I expect the OC to look at film and see areas of weakness and areas of strength and set his game plan accordingly. I know there will be games where the Cowboys will lean on the rushing attack and games where we lean more on passing, the fact that the Cowboys are capable of pulling off both styles of play I think works in our favor.

Yards are Yards. However, yards that do not give the advantage of time of possession gets you beat by Tom Brady, Roger Staubach, John Elway, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Drew Brees, Pat Mahomes, and every other good QB with a good defense.

Throw the ball to the darn RB that can win in space and get tackled in bounds that allows tick, tick, tick, tick, tick and Tom Brady would not get 1:49 to beat you. You have an All Pro RB and he only got 13 touches and you lost. There is a cause and effect.

Its nice to know Dak can check out of plays. Check out and throw to the All Pro RB. You do not have to hand the ball off 28 times. I can not tell if Moore is blaming or explaining. No got darn leadership at Head Coach continues to haunt the Arlington Jonesboys.
