Romo was the starter he was injured More was number 2 he was injured Wala the 3 rd. string Qb became the starter

You just said it there he became the starter and he’s remained the starter for the past six years. No point spending all night on this we don’t agree.

Fitzpatrick got hurt during the regular season. Romo got hurt in preseason. Dak started from day one and he’s never relinquish the job. You goofed but you just like to argue.
Wow! What verbal gymnastics! So, less than one quarter of a game makes all the difference? LOL. What utter bull****!

It was going to be glorious either way . I love to see the soul crushing heartbreak after such a razor thin margin for defeat on either of my most hated teams .

The WFT got a shot in the arm with this Heinicke kid. They're going to rally around him and the mania that has already begun. Teams like that are dangerous.
Giants could literally be the worse team in the league . WFT barely and I mean barely beat them at home ( pure blind luck). Let’s see how wonder boy does going forward,

I don't think anybody is calling him wonder boy and the Skins will most likely continue to suck, but a bad team with something to rally behind is dangerous and a cause for concern.

Taylor Heinicke is a legitimate backup QB. If you count the 13 wins with Dak in 2016 as backup QB wins it would make it look like the Cowboys have had great success with backup QBs.

Dak was Romos backup in 2016. That’s 13 wins right there

He was the opening day starter and Romo relinquished his starting job to him later in the season when it was obvious the Cowboys weren’t going back to Romo. Even Romo admitted it was Dak’s team. Dak started from day one and never relinquish the job. Backup QBs go back to being backups when the starter is healthy. Not wasting anymore time with this.

That game was a real battle. Hard fought game that either team could of won. I was impressed that the Giants were able to score that many points on the WFT defense and I was also impressed the WFT was able to win with a QB that is basically a back up. I saw both QBs make some really good throws under pressure into tight windows. Neither of these teams is a gimme for the Eagles or Cowboys. This division will be tight to the end.

34 of 46 for 336 yards 2TD's 1 INT....in his second career start.....with a good defense WFT may be a division winner.

2021 stats: 45 of 61 73.8% Comp % 458 Yards 7.51 YPA 3 TD's 1 INT (Heinike) 42 of 58 72.4% Comp % 403 Yards 6.95 YPA 3 TD's 1 INT (Dak)

2021 salary cap hit: Heinike $1.59M Dak $17.2M

Elliot was the right pick.
Not even close . If 5 years have not convinced you that you don’t put that kind of resource into a RB then your probably just a big OSU and Elliott fan

the line is why Elliott did what he did for 3 years
