I always have an issue with running it down so low. Any offensive penalty other than false start assures you don’t get a 2nd shot at the field goal. Granted, it would be longer, but it seems to me it makes more sense to have 8-10 seconds left when the ball is snapped. If they were planning on throwing the ball ten yes multiple plays if you ran it no you would not multiple plays in. As for clock management at the least Dallas did not call the TO until there was 3 or 4 seconds on the clock so that kick would be the last play in regulation.
Apparently many haven't moved on...they did win. I’m not complaining about winning. Kicker bailed them out. You acknowledged it was a mistake, definitely not the only one. And we move on.
Lol. This is to games in a row now his clock management was questionable. Good thing Dak was paying attention.It.....was.....all.....aaron.......rodgers.
We got bamboozled
Correct , another dumb decision was running the ball.
All I have to say is both MM and DP owe GZ a nice steak dinner (at least). If he would have missed that 50+ yarder, there would have been a whole lot of heat on the team starting with the HC. We're going to learn a lot about this team this Monday night and if it gets close in the 4th, MM better be tuned in like Apollo 13 mission control.they had enough time to run multiple plays , not just one.

So multiple chances at a sack, int, fumble etc......we won..it worked out, I'm sure it wasn't the only mistake in the game.
I would have set Jerry in his place! Lol!Imagine how much fun you missed not coaching the Cowboys.
RightIt was a great win and I’m thrilled we got it.
Now some hard truth: Big Mac has not been very good at managing crucial in-game situations. I don’t see how anyone could argue with that. With the number of close games there are in the NFL, managing crucial in-game decisions is the difference between being a playoff team and drafting early.
Yes I will. Any coaching advantage we saw in GB was Aaron. You prob only watch Cowboy gamesYou won't be saying that when this team is playing really well... Mike knows how to assemble a winning team and he is doing it again.
MM is used to Aaron doing everything.im sorry but regardless of what happened to the clock its the QB running the last plays. He has to be the general and call the to after that run play.. you call it run 122 more quick outs..blame this ALL on coaching is ********, seriously who has the ball, who got the 160mil saying hes the leader, hes smart, hes has command of the team? well when you got the ball in your hands in the final two min the qb should be making sure hes calling the TO and audibles when it didnt come in right away..
maybe there was a clock issue maybe its clockgate home cooking etc LOL but dak needed to handle that.Im confident 100% Romo would have called that and the final plays hes done that many time ignored the OC/HC and knew how to manage the clock..
the team will learn from this trust me its bone of contention in all meetings that this doesn't happen again..they get to learn with the win..best way..
Even though I have spent almost a day and a half talking about how what had happened wasn't as bad as it looked, if this had happened .... I would be BORED right now because no one would have anything to cry about.Only thing I would have called would have been a Elliot hand off or QB sneak up the middle to keep the ball placement in the middle for the kicker.
Oh trust me someone will always find something to wine and cry about.Even though I have spent almost a day and a half talking about how what had happened wasn't as bad as it looked, if this had happened .... I would be BORED right now because no one would have anything to cry about.
