The speed of Ezekial Elliott

I'm wanting to end up......see see this is why ya give things some time, Zeke will be just fine even if he has lost a step.

That is what I want to happen.

I do want both backs out there as a combo.

Doesn;t matter.....week three....way too early to be...see told ya so.

Wrong about Zeke looking slow compared to most backs. Totally disagree. He looks slow compared to where he was. Pollard is faster but not more skilled.

Ah, so I am dealing with another Zeke apologist.

You have no idea of our conversation. He was wrong before the season even started. Stick to your own arguments.

And yah, Pollard is more skilled. Painfully obvious. What is Zeke more skilled at exactly? Blocking? LOL

Pollard is a better runner. More skilled, faster, better vision, better receiver, better at breaking tackles and making guys miss.

Be cool my man, ok?

Hell no Pollard isn't more skilled that is why he went to Memphis while Zeke was at Ohio State. Zeke wears a defense down, he hurts wanna be tacklers. he breaks tackles he has great vision, runs with an attitude and good speed and agility, no way in hell Pollard is more skilled, he is simply faster.

Do you really think Pollard could carry the load, I don't. He is what we see, a nice compliment to your stud who gets those tuff yards.

Zeke can outrun college boys, but not in the pros. AT least not anymore.

You see it happening on the field right in front of you, yet you deny it. Why are you talking about College? LOL

College days are over. Pollard is the more skilled back and its obvious. Moore sees it too. Zeke's glory days are behind him. The gig is up.

Live in the past all you want. "remember Zeke from 2016"? Those days are long gone my friend.

As far as carrying the load, I dont know if he can. Dont really care to be honest. I think giving one back 400 touches a year is dumb to be honest. Unless you have McCaffrety and even that is dumb.

Ill take a RB by committee. Given similar number of carries, Pollard will do more with them. Here is one guy hoping that trend continues. But we can follow this one as the year goes along.

I will put you on the list if you dont disappear.

I love dealing with rookies get a kick out of it.

Let's see what happens ok my man? No doubt Polllard is faster just like Mercury Morris was faster than Larry Csonka, but who is in the Hall of Fame, Joe Washington would smoke the 240 pound John Riggins. who is in the Hall of Fame?

Well lets see...

Averaged

5.1
4.1
4.7
4.5
last season 4.0
this season 3.9

You've simply wrong if you think at 26 he still has the jets he once had, he doesn't and we all see it, hard to believe you don't.

Long runs each season

60
30
41
33
31
29

So the last two seasons his worst averages and no long runs,

So...comparing that 2016 season with 2020....there was no other factor outside of Zeke's speed that accounted for the difference in average? Had nothing to do with the fact that we were playing a backup QB behind a line of Brandon Knight, Connor WIlliams, Looney/Biadasz, McGovern and Steele? I mean surely that line is equal to Tyron, Leary, Frederick, Martin and Free.

Did you not see it, I did. No doubt he has lost a step.

Pollard is the better runner. More skills as a back. He can do a lot more then just run up the middle for 3-10 yards. Better back for this offense. When given holes, he will do more with them.

Have you followed Zekes career at all? You are saying if both had showed up in Dallas as rookies Pollard beats Zeke out, really?

Pollard is a great change of pace, do everything kind of back but I have no doubt if he were the lead back, his production would go down significantly. It's the difference between being the guy teams prepare for and being a guy that is looked at as a backup.

LOL..........Are you making up lies now? You are the one that keeps talking about Zeke 5 and 6 years ago.

Zeke has just four (4) career runs of 40+ yards in 1,440 career carries. Three (3) of those came in 2016.

Explain?

As you totally ignore my question and......I don't lie ok guy? You said Pollard had more skill, no he doesn't, he has more speed.

So if both showed up in Dallas as rookies who gets that starting RB job, well?

A guy who knows football.

NO, Pollard is much more skilled. Its obvious.

Why would I care what guy would win the job 6 years ago? LOL

Poor Zeke apologists living in the past eh?

Maybe you can make up more lies?

Dude, answer the question, stop running, ok? If both were rookies who gets that starting RB job, come on guy stop being a wimp.

He can run but he has no vision. Something not there in him. He misses the run lanes like he either doesn’t get the flow or can’t see it. Maybe he closing eyes on impact.

I would have never drafted Zeke. I also cant predict what other people would do. Anyone wasting a top pick on Zeke would probably start him.

You can keep getting mad asking it though. And I will keep watching you get mad.

I disagree. His vision was great but when the defense made a mistake he had the speed to take it to the house. Now those plays that would have been tds his rookie year are now a 12 yard gain.

If this play happens now Zeke runs into 43 for 15 yards or so instead of a td.

Maybe, maybe not.
