Kellen Moore is absolutely dialed in

He has taken the best of Jason Garrett’s traditional offense and merged it with McCarthy’s brand of offense from his days in GB beautifully. The result has been an explosive passing attack with the ability to run almost at will, the lack of ability to do the latter being what did MM in in GB.

His play calling is on point and he has defenders’ heads spinning. The Panthers were overrunning plays and filling the wrong gaps all day.

He’s a virtual lock for a HC spot after this year

I really hope he won't leave for a head coaching job. Give him a pay raise and a bonus.

The only saving grace is that bad teams normally need head coaches...now Kellen could either take on that job of a crappy team....or he could stay in Dallas and wait for McCarthy to be fired where he knows all the players already.

Moore is going to be the next HC of the Dallas Cowboys. Don't think for minute that JJ hasn't noticed MM and his weekly bone head decisions that's going to cost the Boys a game or two.

I think he signed a three-year contract last year. He can't go anywhere. The job is his after this year if McCarthy keeps it up. We really don't need a slug on the sidelines holding the entire team back.

Not sure how we can keep him if someone offers him an HC position.

Well he’s been offered the Boise job and turned it down and Jason Garrett was in a similar situation at one point and turned down a job.

Moore built on Linehan’s offense of the Coryell, not Garrett’s… the latter was completely not like this.

Jones gave him a big contract extension. It was reported that he took the Boise job, even per Aikman if I remember correctly, but it changed with the extension.

Seahawks do not look good. If they miss the playoffs in that tough division, I wonder if the Pete Carroll Era finally ends. That job is one that I think Kellen would take 100% since he's from the state and would have Russell Wilson for a few more years of high level play.
