I'm gonna act my age here but.....just play ball and you'll be more than fine MP. I'm thinking rookie of the year fine. Don't argue with jackasses like this guy. Waste of time and energy.
Exactly right
The media’s job is ratings
They many times don’t know what the responsibilities are on a play but they chime in anyway which is wrong
But as a player you don’t listen to them
Just play and prove yourself
In the end you win

So a vet and a rookie being out of position. Micah will learn but Jaylon always seems to be out of position is the reason for his release.... just saying.

Micah and Jaylon was in the right positions as MP said, Acho didn't know what he was looking at.

Hes not doing anything different than us playing here. You saying this is like one of us telling you to spend less time reading to this and spending more time with your family. None of our business right?

I'm not in the public eye, I don't play for the Cowboys, I'm not getting paid millions of dollars, there's no benefit for Parsons to get into a back and forth with some talking head.....the only one that benefits is the talking head and the network he works for..

LVE is all up in arms calling out fans about what fans said about Smith getting cut, why would you waste your time reading what others say on twitter/facebook/online about your teammates....too many idiots out there to give them any of your time..

Was he playing a game or at practice when he posted that? Is he not allowed to use social media on his free time?

I disagree.

Both Jaylen and Micah were following the RB. Jaylen was the LB to the side the RB was running to, so that was his responsibility. That leaves the QB. Guess who most likely was responsible for covering the QB?

Yep...Micah.

No they both were right, and that's from Micah, I'm sure they went over that in film cleanup this week.

How do you know? Did you ever play LB? IF you did, you would know 1 LB is in charge of the RB, while the other LB is in charge of the QB.

IF neither was in charge of the QB, who else was in charge of the QB during that play...since you know so much?

I'll wait...

Micah Parsons needs to get off twitter and stop getting into a back and forth with others on Twitter with their take...Focus on your game and leave the chatter to others...
People want a "dawg" but don't like it when the "dawg" gets off the leash. Or is it you want your type of "dawg". To the OP not targetting you specifically but there are those that want their cake and eat it too.

No I coach, but Micah explained it in his tweet, you don't know the coverage or responsibilities or nuances in the scheme, so to assume from a tv broadcast is idiotic. MP is telling you based on scheme , they were right

You're missing the point, there's no benefit to Parsons getting into a back and forth with some talking head.....

I guess Micah could be right because the slot receiver goes in motion and leaves the DB that was lined up as a LB on that side (I couldn't see the #, maybe Hooker?) with no one so that's why Micah and Jaylon shifted so much? But the RB didn't go out to that side he went right up the gut or really even a little to the side they shifted to and then cut to the open spot. One thing is for sure, the DB shouldn't have gone straight back because Darnold could have run to that side as he vacated the entire side of the D and even if he didn't have initial coverage he should have been there for when the RB cut that way

I've told 3 times read the post,

Micah didn't explain who was responsible for the RB or QB.

Since you keep saying he did, explain how Micah explained who is responsible for each player, because I don't see it.

Good and bad.

Good:

Micah Parsons expresses loyalty to a teammate and fellow linebacker. Micah had Jaylon's back and was raring to fight for him. That is real.

Bad:

Micah, so many like Ocho are just waiting to bring you down. If they can't mess with your game, they will try to mess with your mind just because it sells. Don't serve yourself up on a platter like that. Listen to the older teammates and coaches who I know are expressing this to you.
