Twitter War: Parsons vs Acho

What is looks like to doesn't matter though without all the info.

@MicahhParsons11
I mean we def go in the drawing board together to prove how wrong you are! All im saying don’t post stuff on social media that’s not true!! Until you actually know the coverage and job obligation of each player on the field ! Cause actually me and Jaylon was right!! Soo?!

I'll ask you the same thing since you claim to be a coach...

So both Jaylon and Micah were responsible for the same player...the RB? Makes no sense. One of them messed up, and the RB was to Jaylon's side while the QB was right towards Micah.

So who was responsible for the QB who did a QB keep and ran up the middle for 20+ yards into the endzone for a TD?

I would expect coaching to nip this in the bud. Stay off social media during prep days.Am I asking for too much?
Yes, you are. These are grown men. You can't regulate what they do with their personal time. He's not breaking any laws or violating his contract, so the most they can do is ask him to man's sure it isn't distracting him.
Its virtually the same as when a coach puts up some bulletin board material..what you are saying is its ok for the coach to allow a "distraction" but a player "can't".

Acho is just taking the talking head route to the top. Crap on the Cowboys. Stephen A. Smith, Shannon Sharpe, Dan Orlosky, and Colin Cowherd did it so why can’t I. The Cowboys are 3-1 and look good so far. Let’s knit pick a few plays on my show and get clicks.

You're not getting the point. He has the right to live his life without fans telling him what he should be doing or not doing. I understand we as fans think we have the right to critique players lives but we don't. They are people who have the right to do what they want.

Nobody is arguing the point he has the right to live his life, once again you're missing the point....What benefit is there for him arguing with some talking head on TV, I guarantee you RICH DALRYMPLE Dallas Cowboys Senior vice president, public relations and communications contacted Micah and told him the same thing I'm saying, don't get into some online twitter battle with talking heads from TV, it doesn't benefit you...

And fans can critique anyone they want, they're the paying customer, a smart player just ignores that chatter....Diggs gets it, he doesn't waste his time on social media because he knows it doesn't benefit him getting into a back and forth with people online.....

And just so you know, Parsons is an employee of the Dallas Cowboys, and they have policies players have to abide by to the point it's written into their contracts(no surfing, no skydiving, no racing etc etc) of things they can and cannot do so they're not free to live their life the way they want too......So stop comparing two different things, ones right to engage and whether it's smart to engage in a back and forth with a talking head on TV, because it only benefits the talking head and TV

And Parsons set fire to his ace!!!

The media is a joke. But people love the propaganda. I’m a 100% on the players side. The media can suck baggy buffalo balls

Don't go to his level, Parsons.

You don't need to let any distractions come in. Stay locked in.
If anything I think it helps, you play angry. As long as you can control that it makes you better. Again the media sucks you get better info here

There's nothing wrong with Micah posting on twitter. It's just a hard game to win but so far I haven't seen any missteps on his part.

You keep saying they were responsible for RB and QB. Parsons said that was false. Either you know more about their assignments or you are guessing what their assignments were

I wish players would stop paying attention to what is said on social media by people whose opinions don't matter...........which is just about all of them. There is no reason for Parsons to respond to the idiot Acho. There is no reason for Parsons to even be conscious of what Acho's opinion might be. If someone asks Parsons to respond to an opinion, his response should be "whose that? The only opinions I respond to are the people coaching me".

I like Parsons, and believe he’s a corner stone player. He’s going to need to learn to turn a deaf ear to the social media noise. Seems to be out there a lot focusing on what everyone is saying about him.

take a cue from Trevon Diggs. Lay low on social media, it’s a distraction.

Bro, rewatch the video. Both Jaylon and Micah followed the RB to the outside. Clearly, one of them messed up because you don't need both LBs to follow the same player while leaving the QB unaccounted for. If that was the plan for both to cover the same RB while leaving the QB alone, that assignment was messed up from the beginning...and it cost them a TD.

So, either Micah is not being honest or the assignment of having both LBs cover the same RB was messed up wrong.

Plus, don't tell me that possibly a DB was in charge of the QB because there were no DBs in the area. They all were deep covering receivers. Someone messed up on that play.

Well no need to ask the professional football players on the team to tell us what assignment they had because we can ask you since you know more than them...... good to know

Quit being a smart ***! If you can't handle the heat for a very justified question pertaining to a messed up play that cost the team a TD, then be quiet unless you really want me to treat you with the same disrespect you are showing me.

Parsons will hopefully quickly learn Acho is just another Network robot spewing talking points from a producer looking to stir controversy and gain ratings. Point - Acho.
