Why are the refs so untouchable? I truly don’t understand it

They can make biased calls or make glaring mistakes on a regular basis, and they’re not ever held accountable. As a player or coach, you’re fined for talking about it

.....here comes a Zeke hefty fine for speaking what we all say. The non-TD call on Dak was extremely baffling.

It's true but....

What we overcame was a horrible Connor Williams and another game of MM blowing nearly every in game and clock management situation. He seems to be getting worse. Funny listening to Romo try and figure out what he is doing.

MM seems completely lost at the end of halves and the end of games with the clock.

I typically don't put blame on refs even when it is obvious for a call or two. But the way they were ignoring blows to the head of the QB, and not calling holding on N.E. OL but calling holding on ours very unevenly was making it appear to be as if it were on purpose. I know the NFL doesn't want to appear that way, but yikes that was a nightmare. Good to get the win.

Those officials and the NFL could care less how it looks, it's in your face and they don't care. There are no repercussions. Laughing all the way to the bank with another ratings winner OT.

Should they? No. It's still against the rules, though.
I understand it’s the rule, but it’s not like a player is questioning the call during the game and gets fined, the game is already over.

What I am questioning is the league should review the calls and if they find several bad calls, the player(s) should not be fined, especially if the player(s) complaining win the game.

I can't help but wonder if he panics and goes into some sort of a brain malfunction. At least, he seems consistent . . .

Calling out officiating during a presser or interview is against the rules. It's not the same as complaining while on the field.
