The showboating at the end is something I tell them to enjoy, but they better understand what that means.

That means the volume goes up even higher.

It is when the hype hits the highest point that it challenges this franchise and this team.

I would say we are pretty much up there.

Stay grounded is all I can say. To me, our greatest coaches ever preached that.

And if you did not do it, they would belittle you. And rightfully so.

Landry, Johnson, Parcells.

Not really certain about how McCarthy reacts to these kinds of situations, never really got a lot of feel for how he did it in Green Bay.
