its suspicion again do you read, i was once arrested and not convicted as they also said i failed a FST its sham those are used as probable cause top bring you in for breathalyzer or blodd BAC test, mine were all 00000000000-00s =with blood test that took 3 months to get back ..odd huh

explain how i was guilty and convicted on suspicion of a dui? its happens far more then you think..its why you are innocents until proven otherwise not like here

guess what i didnt get back? all the money it cost me for bail and fines until this test they got back proved i was 100% innocents and the FST is a sham..

00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 < my test explain how it 100% if you are arrested and brought in you are guilty

well sure in here

im glad you are not on a jury, all people arrested are guilty is a basic question most like and some get convicted over jurors seeing them guilty before proof is laid out..police make mistakes its a fact all arrests are not an admission of guilt..

I read and heard the report on this, I also know that in cases of DWI with body cams and with a failed a field sobriety test does not look good. If I had to guess he will plead no contest on this misdemeanor charge. Now if there is evidence that shows he was not intoxicated then great but seldom in cases of DWI can you beat it. As for me being on a jury, I have been a jury member on 12 occasions and I agree everyone has a right to their day in court and innocent until proven guilty. But cases like this tend to be pretty open and shut cases.

You couldn’t be more wrong. I have not trashed the guy by any means. It was a mistake. But, it was one he choose to commit. As a result, he has to face the consequences. I’m not calling for him to be cut, demonized, etc. I’m simply stating he’s responsible for his own actions and your ridiculously juvenile excuse of a 28 year old not having the mental capacity to know better is beyond pathetic. As I said before , continually excusing bad behavior for asinine reasons like this has put this society in a very bad place. Should a 20 year old that commits murder be given a break because they’re 20? That’s a definite NO for me. But you go on and keep making excuses. I’d imagine with your attitude that you’ve been on the wrong side a few times yourself.

Lol my “juvenile” opinion has the backing of immense amounts of scientific research and evidence in the fields of neuroscience, behavioral science, and evolutionary biology. But you go ahead with your intuitive approach favoring punishment over and above anything else lol

He’s GOING to face consequences and no one on this thread is suggesting otherwise. The mob ginned up by a moral panic, over and above the consequences he will face, is what needs to be quelled and sent the hell home.

Would you be one of the leaders of this morally righteous mob? Then get your people under control and tell them Kazee will face the consequences of his actions. There is nothing else to see here.

Unless you’re wanting something else to happen …….?

If so, what do you want lol?

He admitted to drinking. But maybe he was under the limit and that’s why he admitted it. I think it’s total bs it takes 3 months to get blood results back.

DWIs get thrown out all the time. SFSTs have to be conducted in a very strict manner, else if they aren’t, any defense lawyer worth his salt can get a DWI case thrown out, even on his worst day in court.

The only thing I have a problem with is his desicion making..again its just so easily avoidable now...why drink anything and drive at 3am...I have no doubt a Lawyer will get this downcharged if not thrown out completely as there was no wreck or chase or anything (so far)...Just the desicion making...

We also don't need people lecturing posters to not be bothered by a Cowboys player doing something completely selfish and stupid that could have resulted in much worse than just a DUI arrest.
But it didn’t.

Just like you, very plausibly, being distracted while talking on your phone behind the wheel have never killed or harmed anyone.

Jesus, you like that Pharisee garb don’t you?

I like Kazee and think he's a nice player. But not one we can't live without so this whole thing comes down to his choice. The police had a reason to pull him over. That was his 2nd mistake. The 1st drinking and driving. Very simple stuff. From personal experience I can tell you that they are rigorously trained to identify someone under the influence and it's incredibly easy to identify and impossible to mask. It's going to all be on video tape and he already confessed to drinking. Once you drink a drop and make the choice to drive, that's on you.
I hope that no one ever sees some of the things I've seen at MVAs, things that ruined people's lives who didn't have a choice.
I wish him well, he's lucky no one got hurt and I hope that's his takeaway.

Well yeah, looking/talking on your phone while driving is against the law in many (most???) states and is a pretty selfish and stupid thing to do as well. It's why I don't look at my phone in the car and have the phone connected to bluetooth in case I have to talk on the phone. I had a buddy in a bad car accident that required months and months of rehab because another guy was looking at his phone and didn't realize traffic was stopped on a bridge and plowed into him. My sister was also involved in a car accident with my three younger nephews where a 20 year old ran a red light because he was staring at his phone and plowed into the side of their minivan. Luckily no one was hurt.

Pharisee? LOL. Imagine thinking someone is being sanctimonious for pointing out that driving drunk is a pretty dumb decision.

You’re acting pharisaical because you’ve driven while distracted hundreds, if not thousands of times (I can say this with confidence as you’re nothing special when it comes to the average American), yet you want to, over and above the consequences he is facing and may further face, morally tsk-tsk at him while haughtily thumbing your nose in his direction.

Get over yourself lol

You’ve likely driven after drinking and you’ve certainly driven while distracted and/or tired an innumerable amount of times.

But wait..

YOU’RE different lmao…

Pharisee says, “wuuuuuutttt?” Lol

It's even worse .. every team in the league will pay for a car service for their players to go out.. there is ZERO excuse. Cut him!

Agreed. I'm sure MM warned them about doing stupid things. Apparently, Kazee didn't get the message.

I bet at least one of the cops that pulled him over have driven drunk. What hypocrites. They should have let him go because who are they to judge him when they themselves have probably driven drunk or distracted?!?!?!?!

yes but what IF it was only 3 beers and his BAC is well under .08 what then apologies by all how about not have to apologize and wait for facts before convicting this guy in the court of public opinion..

here's a fact

if a LEO smells beer which can be one beer and you admit to "a few beers", hes taking you to jail with a FST thea tests ios for probale cause to support what he saw and smelled and almost always they say its failed test..what iof he only had 3 sbeers?

..minehtye statyed my pupis didnt react the rigt way to the falshlight test i could have walekd 300 stright lines and did somwebackflips wouldnt matyter was goig to jail...turns out they were more then wrong Zero VAC )))) in blood test shows egg ontheior faces for makiign it up to supprt an arrst.an arest is not an admissionof guit and he wont even need lawyer iif the BAC shows under .08

anyone get that yet where thre BAC test resouts this mans beif convicted aoof an arest and that not how it works..

this is in fact on an arrest reprt stes

arrsted for SUSPICION of a DUI..not DUI.. its not a DUI until the bac is .08 and above..got that yet? anyone have common sense anymore?
