I bet at least one of the cops that pulled him over have driven drunk. What hypocrites. They should have let him go because who are they to judge him when they themselves have probably driven drunk or distracted?!?!?!?!
Cops have a professional and legal responsibility to enforce the law.

Were you one of the cops that pulled Kazee over lmao?

Oh you weren’t?

So now we are back to being a Pharisee lol

you’re failing and flailing dude lol

I think the great irony here is that after lecturing people on how they should think and feel about this and arguing with another poster that he apparently doesn't understand the development of a person where a 28 year old isn't developed enough to completely comprehend his decision to drive drunk, you then call people sanctimonious and that they should get over themselves.

LOL. Well done.

What Kazee did was dumb and selfish. If I do that tonight, I made a dumb and selfish decision myself. That's what drunk driving is - it's a dumb and selfish decision. If you want to cast judgment on people criticizing him instead of the guy who did something that is incredibly dangerous, that says more about you than you realize.

How about since YOU’VE done the EXACT same thing Kazee did, why don’t you lighten up Francis and stop looking down on the dude?

What do you think about that?

Sound reasonable?

And then read the latest in neuroscience and behavioral science relative to developing brains.

Might learn something lol

Uh huh…

like what…

That the pitchfork mob should stop getting their moral panic “on” and just go home?

Lol right…

What pitchfork mob?

I haven't called for him to be suspended or cut or burned at the stake. He'll potentially face league punishment, likely next year at the earliest, as his case works its way through court. All I said is what he did was incredibly stupid and selfish and it is. That's just reality. Any decision one makes that involves you potentially putting your life or other lives in danger is incredibly stupid and selfish. It's not about being sanctimonious, it's about calling a spade a spade.

You're claiming there's this HUGE exaggeration by exaggerating. Do you not see that?
What exaggeration?

I see a bunch of hypocrites decrying the actions, stupid or otherwise, of 28 y/o in a ginned up moral panic.

It’s laughable lol

Please read what you just posted and chose not to delete. That should explain it.

LOL. Lighten up on the dude? What does that even mean? Just give him a pass and say, sorry buddy, bad luck there on your part? LOL.

I've said nothing in this thread about what should happen to him. Frankly, I am not sure he's that huge a loss if he were to be found guilty and suspended this season.

What I have said what he is charged with would be stupid and selfish decision. Because it is. And if I do the same thing tonight, guess what, I have done something stupid and selfish.

yes but what IF it was only 3 beers and his BAC is well under .08 what then apologies by all how about not have to apologize and wait for facts before convicting this guy in the court of public opinion..

here's a fact

if a LEO smells beer which can be one beer and you admit to "a few beers", hes taking you to jail with a FST thea tests ios for probale cause to support what he saw and smelled and almost always they say its failed test..what iof he only had 3 sbeers?

..minehtye statyed my pupis didnt react the rigt way to the falshlight test i could have walekd 300 stright lines and did somwebackflips wouldnt matyter was goig to jail...turns out they were more then wrong Zero VAC )))) in blood test shows egg ontheior faces for makiign it up to supprt an arrst.an arest is not an admissionof guit and he wont even need lawyer iif the BAC shows under .08

anyone get that yet where thre BAC test resouts this mans beif convicted aoof an arest and that not how it works..

this is in fact on an arrest reprt stes

arrsted for SUSPICION of a DUI..not DUI.. its not a DUI until the bac is .08 and above..got that yet? anyone have common sense anymore?
My guess is he thought or knows he was under the limit and is why he admitted to drinking. Does anyone know if he blew. What was the limit. Or did he just do the roadside test. I can’t pass those sober. And yes I am aware of the BAC and limits.

Around here you are offered a breathalyzer test. Pass that and go on your happy way. Refuse and you will likely go to jail. Passing the road side test or not. If you pass road side it may depend on if the officer wants to do the paper work.

There’s meds a person can be on or conditions a person can have that will make you fail the flashlight test every time or follow the finger test. Sorry you got falsely arrested. Make for a crappy night. And a bunch of hassle. And money.

You’ll need to explain yourself lol

Calling out the outwardly morally righteously mob from stoning someone for an offense they themselves are also guilty of is not hypocrisy lmao

Surelt you’re not saying something that stupid lmao

Matter of fact, this reminds me of a story I once heard about a woman and a Jewish rabbi confronting a bunch of righteously angry hypocrites who wanted to pronounce moral judgement on her….

Man…

It’s right there at the tip of my tongue..

Can you help me out?

You have any idea what I’m referring to?

Got a mental block for some reason…

Ive not once said he shouldn’t face the consequences of getting pulled for an OVI. All I’ve said is put your pitchfork and morally tsk-tsking finger away. He’s done nothing different than the vast majority of people on this board (if not the entire board) have done at least once in their life. He will have his day in court, so why don’t you just let that ride, huh?

You are blowing this WAY out of proportion. To the point of no return. No one is being hypocritical or judgy or righteous. That's all what the voices in your head made up, because except for you and one or two others defending him like he was jaywalking, everyone else has a very realistic approach to the situation.
You don't even get that you don't get it.

He should face the consequences of an OVI.

THAT’S my stance.

You, and all the other morality police want to further and angrily LMAO!!, in actual anger LOL!, want to deride the kid by calling him stupid, selfish etc etc etc etc.

THAT’S what I’m objecting to, since I’d lay everything I make in the next month that you’ve sipped from the cup of iniquity and gotten behind the wheel too.

You know what’s that called?

The only thing I have a problem with is his desicion making..again its just so easily avoidable now...why drink anything and drive at 3am...I have no doubt a Lawyer will get this downcharged if not thrown out completely as there was no wreck or chase or anything (so far)...Just the desicion making...
Yeah the decision to go out and he knew he was going to drink and enjoy himself. Use the ride service provided. Maybe he didn’t think he would be drinking and then did. Could have been a pain in the rear to leave your car and use ride service. But its his career.

Some cops won’t pull you unless your swerving bad. They know they have a lot of paper work and they get thrown out all the time. Maybe the cop wasn’t A Cowboy fan. Lol. Who knows what happened. T-Will had video that looked bad. But Kazee didn’t wreck a car and a scooter or bike. I am sure there will be more details or this all goes away. Or another Elliot suspension by goodell. They are on the same team.

Wow. It's not everyday you encounter someone this detached from reality. And you for some reason think you know, but you couldn't be more wrong. You would lose your months pay. And what kind of idiot would make that bet anyway? Never had a mind altering drug of any kind and got behind the wheel. I've been a first responder since I was 16, so I got an early education. But you keep making BS up and assuming you have a clue about other fans.
You're doing terrific.

I am just trying to determine what I have said that requires you telling me I need to lighten up on him. I haven't said anything about what should happen to him. I've said what he did (or is charged with doing to be more precise) is incredibly stupid and selfish. He should know better.

How anyone can have an issue with that is a bit bizarre to me.

You’re acting pharisaical because you’ve driven while distracted hundreds, if not thousands of times (I can say this with confidence as you’re nothing special when it comes to the average American), yet you want to, over and above the consequences he is facing and may further face, morally tsk-tsk at him while haughtily thumbing your nose in his direction.

Get over yourself lol

You’ve likely driven after drinking and you’ve certainly driven while distracted and/or tired an innumerable amount of times.

But wait..

YOU’RE different lmao…

Pharisee says, “wuuuuuutttt?” Lol

You make a lot of assumptions about people you do not know.
