There are properties like that. You buy the house but only lease the land. At the end of the lease you could possibly lose everything. I only look at fee simple properties which mean you own the land as well.

In 2013, Brady had a pretty horrendous four-game stretch in October in which he threw just two touchdown passes and completed only 52% of his passes. They made it to the AFC Championship game that season.

From 2007 to 2013, Brady had four stretches of at least two games in which he threw for at least one interception and finished with a passer rating under 83.0. His current two-game streak is the sixth such December streak of his career.

Heres the thing. Mahomes was touted as the greatest QB ever in a very short time frame. He has enormous talent, but he does things that other players would get roasted for in the same situation. He looks much worse and impetuous than Romo ever did with no line and no defense....Im not saying hes not great but at this point, there are QBs i would take over him in a bad situation. I would not have said that prior to the superbowl last year....

So no Im not totally going to roast the thread originator because of his Mahomes opinion. It may be extreme, but I understand why hes questioning it

Can't diagree that he looks not nearly as great without a line or Defense, however, which QB that is playing under the circumstances would you rather have? Stafford with the Rams support? Brady who hand picked a team he can have succes with? Dak has plenty of tools around him now as well....in order for any QB to succeed they need many things to work in their favour

People are so QB record driven in a team sport. To me the dumbest stat possible is Daks record when he throws over 30 times. Well he only throws over 30 times when the defense is giving up the goods. Dude was putting up 33 pts a game, but the defense was giving up 35. Thats why I was an advocate of paying Dak, people under estimated him and treated him like year 1...and 2 Dak after he truly grew as a QB.

Tier 1: Mahomes Rogers

The throw is 50 times as not being good is junk, and not worthy of debate..no different than running Derrick Henry 40x a game or Zeke for that matter

As long as Zach Martin is still on the team Dak isn't even the best player on the offense.

Rather than enter into the pissing match that ensued from this comment I will simply offer this rebuttal to your take. Dak is the best player on this offense for one simple reason.. He is asked to do more than any other player on the offense.. Really the entire team. Zack Martin is asked to do one thing.. block the guy in front of him.. which he does extremely well. He doesn't make the line calls.. The center does.. he doesn't snap the ball.. The center does .. He is occasionally asked to pull and block in space. Which he does extremely well. Meanwhile Dak is asked to 1) take the call from the OC, 2) relay the call to the huddle, 3) coordinate the line calls with the center and the rest of the line, 4) survey the defense and decide if the called play is good for the defense being shown, 5) change the play if it's not or 6) execute the play as called. 7) read the defensive coverage both before and after the snap, 8) throw the ball to the proper receiver based on the read... and that doesn't even include running out of trouble when the protection breaks down or fielding some of these scattershot snaps Biadasz sends back to him. Dak has waaaay more on his plate on a play by play basis and he executes his responsibilities as well anyone in the NFL right now. Zack is wonderful.. but he has a job that is 1/10 as complex and challenging as the one Dak has.

Okay that was more than one simple reason.. it was more like 10.. but you get the gist.
