There is no more evidence that Dak is not playing as there is that he is playing.

To say he is definitely out is just as speculative as saying he is playing. So sitting on one side and critisize the other makes no sense.

Fact is that it could go either way. Nobody has a definite correct answer.

That’s what I’m thinking too.

He doesn’t have the kind of injury you would allow him to push and risk future injury in practice for if you didn’t think he could play.

I disagree. I mean, that's what I wish was happening but my gut tells me that McCarthy is making a bad decision here. This sport has a 17-game regular season and every game is "must win". Unless he physically can't play, he plays, because a Dak at 80% is still three times better than Cooper Rush.

What I think is going to happen is that they're going to dress him and make him the #2 quarterback and start Rush, with the plan to bring him in only if things really go off the rails.
