Girlfriend? Nah. By maintaining your irrational hate, you insult the intelligence of football fans everywhere.

But keeping hanging onto it— despite facts, common sense, and the consensus of the football world— because yah— pride is awesome lol

LOL...hate is a personalized emotion and there is nothing personal in this group or with Dallas that warrants that type of emotional response.

Funny how that talent appreciation only seems to be bestowed on Dak and not the other 51 players that so many profess is a TEAM.

He’s the unquestioned leader of the team. Good QBs always get the publicity. Rodgers, Mahomes, Brady, Wilson…. Show me a quality QB who doesn’t get mentioned first and get most of the attention over his team? Lol

If this is part of what is behind your axe to grind— let it go and find something else to whine and moan about lol

Semantics. In context— everyone in fandom knows what we’re talking about.

He will start running more soon.. Was part of what made him dangerous. He has designed runs he used or option runs.. Take it himself or flip it to Elliot..

Some of ya'll still trying to make yourself stop sweating after reading that aren't ya? Don't lie.

I appreciate the talent and Dak is playing at an MVP level right now. He has, so far, proven me wrong. I had him as a fringe top 10 QB starting the season, but he's now a bonafide top 5 QB in my eyes. He's earned that with his play on the field.

But the way some of ya'll talk about him is just down right weird.

There is an underlying, manifested hate when the criticism by a choice few over Dak Prescott is unwarranted and incessant in the face of overall great success. They have to be either neurotic or just incredibly narrow minded.

Well at least we know the Injuries are not lingering, mentally. When I saw that play live on TV I thought what injuries?

Statement run by Dak.

Im not going to lie.. I cringed initially while the play was unfolding…but immediately after.. that play, put my mind at ease bc Dak put all the “Is he healthy?” Questions to bed.

No doubt, Dak is back.

I think fans are just excited that Dak Prescott has developed into a great quarterback and more so that our talented well coached team continues to head in the right direction.

With a 36-3 lead and recent injury history I’d prefer our QB not increase his chances of contact.

How wouid we have all felt if he was re-injured on a play that had no bearing on the outcome.

Play smart!!

Well the extremes live on both ends. The hate threads about Dak, other players and the Cowboys as a whole are just as ridiculous. The truth lies, as always, somewhere in between. Especially the doomster threads after a loss are just too funny. As you said, Dak definately belongs in the top 5 QBs right now, and this thread even had a fun note coming with it. So why not stop pissing on every appreciation parade? The other end, which seems to be your spot here is even more exaggerated.

I don't need that MVP talk just yet. Just as I laugh about any of the hater threads. Dak and the whole team are doing a very good job, so far it has been a fun ride. And yes, that Denver loss is a part of the story too. Vs. KC we'll have th first real test against a contender since the game vs. the Lightning. So we'll see were Dak and everyone else really stand. I am more focused on our D though, as that game will show us their true colours. Only three points against was cool, but it was Atlanta after all.

Yet again, can't wait for the next game.

He got stood up, then pushed into the endzone. That's not opinion.

It's using this kind of stuff to put Dak on a pedestal that encourages comment from those that see it for what it is.

I don't like seeing Dak take or deliver the hits like he did but I also know he has to show defense he is willing to do that because if they know that they are more apt to come off the receiver or TE they are covering allowing Dak to have the easy TD pass as they release off their man and come for Dak. When Dak came off the bootleg he was looking for the open man but defender went with the receiver leaving Dak with the option of running it
