As much arguing that goes on around here about Dak, you'd think maybe people would just stand back and watch this guy become one of the best QB's in the league.

I get the trepidation when he was tossing ducks out there. But it isn't just the fact he's become a surprisingly accurate passer. But Dak has grown into a leader. Something you see in Brady. Dak's confidence, and his work ethic are just in rarified air now days. This team rallies around Dak. They believe he can take them to the promised land. Me too!

I am one of the gray beards on this site. I have to tell you that standing around and complaining about this guy is wasted time and air. If the front office can keep a steady cadre of talent around him, this guy will be wallpapering the Star with Super Bowl skins.

So you start 3 Dak love threads at 237 in the morning.....damn man seek hekp

When a person does push back against the facts, when they simply cannot admit they were wrong in any circumstance? What in their psychological makeup makes it impossible for them to admit they were wrong, even when it is obvious they were? And why does this happen so repetitively — why do they never admit they were wrong?

The answer is related to their ego, their very sense-of-self. Some people have such a fragile ego, such brittle self-esteem, such a weak "psychological constitution," that admitting they made a mistake or that they were wrong is fundamentally too threatening for their egos to tolerate. Accepting they were wrong, absorbing that reality, would be so psychologically shattering, their defense mechanisms do something remarkable to avoid doing so — they literally distort their perception of reality to make it (reality) less threatening. Their defense mechanisms protect their fragile ego by changing the very facts in their mind, so they are no longer wrong or culpable.Tthat is the majority of Dak haters.

Just a simple reminder - Jameis Winston was the #1 overall QB in 2019. I bet no one in Tampa Bay was pounding their chests and propping him up like is done around here for Dak. It's funny how no one was propping him up after the stinker against Denver.

Last I looked, Dak didn't beat Atlanta all by himself either..

Prescott is better then Romo flat out. The leadership factor alone is apparent. Yes the Brady Brees Favre Rodgers P. Manning group all have it or had it.

Now with people like Dan Quinn and yes MM involved they’ve convinced Jerry that it’s not just offense. To get a championship to Dallas with this talented QB you have to get stops on defense and that’s where drafting Parsons Diggs future Jabril Cox keeping Brown Lewis guys like that fill in the puzzle

Last I checked Winston in his last year with Bruce Arians in Tampa had 30 Td’s and 30 Interceptions this coming from a top draft board type first round pick.
Prescott is a 4th round draft selection. A lot of teams wish they had taken Prescott before Dallas in round 4 almost no team wants Winston a former first round heralded QB

Dak just keeps on improving. Aikman said you have accuracy or you don't. Dak developed it. Players who continually improve are gold. Especially QBs, who are playing into their 40s now.

Exactly what on EARTH do you think Jameis Winston was #1 overall in, in 2019?

You and your ilk know NOTHING about football.

You know what’s great?

He actually started FOUR threads, not 3.

Two of them were about Dak. Two of them were NOT about Dak.

But your inferiority complex told you otherwise. You saw 3 Dak threads because Dak Prescott literally runs your life.

He’s all you think about on this board.

That’s why you hide your posting activity, isn’t it?

Dak wins. You lose.

A winning, top 5 QB (technically #1 in the NFL atm) who is LITERALLY a born leader AND came back from a horrible injury to lead YOUR favorite team... and ya'll are COMPLAINING about him?

Good Lord.

Its like an episode of the Twilight Zone or something.

The fact that you review members settings to determine posting history shows how much of a deranged lunatic stalker you are......so perhaps you need the psychological eval.

Easy guys, no need to bust any heads in. As long as there are some facts coming with these threads they aren't wasted either way. Whether you think Dak's the QB god or just a normal QB with a couple of good games, in the end all that matters is his next game will be good enough to stomp the Chiefs.

Welcome to the Board, Dr. Phil.

You typed all of this out and you said to yourself that this sounds like an intelligent response?

Best under pressure.

Read that again.

This post angered, at minimum, two members.

Can you please post some “opposing view” history to be fair and considerate of how your one sided facts made them feel?

Thanks
