I’d love to hear this, please, oh wise-one enlighten us. What is the difference between the 2021 DCs and the 2007, 2014, 2016 DCs?

idk how u remember those yrs but everyone one of those teams (during the season) was thought to be a Superbowl team. U can say what u want in hindsight but at the time they looked like real contenders. This team looks exactly like each of those… beating crappy teams and then just can’t handle high lvl competition.

Like I said. If I have to explain it you don’t Get it and never will. Maybe you didn’t enjoy going up and Beating Bill Bill Belichick in New England Maybe you didn’t enjoy winning against the Chargers when everybody had the quarterback in the Hall of Fame already. Yep, because Dak has to throw the pass. catch the pass, be on the O-line (that was horrible) to protect himself to be able to throw the pass. Etc. Etc. Dak wasn't good. But, gimme a break. There is definitely enough bad to go around on the Offense. The WHOLE UNIT STUNK. 2 Outta 3 games now. Not good.

Maybe don't go deep down the right sideline 5 times in the first quarter. If this is what they're dependent on, their time in the playoffs will be very short. Flat out ridiculous play calling yesterday. That 2nd and 12.. 5 yards behind the LOS was very Garrett-esque. What will it take to play the intermediate. You have the talent. Again 3rd and whatever and constantly throwing either short of the sticks or 40 yards down the field. lol

Isn't there a long list of great QBs who had great football teams? Aikman and Staubach both had amazing teams. I'm not saying Dak is either of those guys, but they certainly had great football teams top to bottom and it's a huge reason they won championships. Seems odd for Jimmy to say this. How far did Aikman have to carry Emmitt? lol Troy was as stacked as it gets. #2 all time TD leader at RB on top of everything else.

2019 was the year my opinion changed about Dak.

I saw us have the #1 offense in the NFL (just like this year) and I watched Dak wilt and play horrible against good competition (just like this year).

Nothing has changed. He's the same front runner he's always been. He's not a winner.

This loss was not on the coach. It was on the offensive execution, Dak and the rest of the team have to own it.

A few of our screen passes were set up perfectly to go for long yardage or scoring. Execution was pitiful. Timing was way off. First play from scrimmage could have been a large. Dak has to hit that open receiver. That play set the tone for the first possession 3 and out.
