Funny how I've seen several posts about how "Dak got outplayed by Carr" or that "Carr is a better QB". Let's look at the numbers.

Oh so he didn’t throw a very important 3rd down pass in OT that was an easy first downs at Brown’s ankle?

Brown should have immediately shrunk down and caught that pass. Nothing is ever Dak's fault.

I usually don't post anything that can be interpreted as anti-Dak stuff and I don't mean this as anti-Dak but his performance was pretty bad. Lotta off target throws and the bad pass on 3rd down in OT was the straw that broke the camel's back. He has been bad to mediocre 3 of his last 4 games. He's not carrying the team like a top tier QB should. He's not making clutch plays especially early in games when we HAVE to get up on teams. Too many 3 and outs. Multiple times I saw him not throw to obviously wide open receivers. He HAS to step up his game. And I don't care who is out for the game with the exception of multiple starting O linemen.

Dak had over 300 yards and brought them back to take the lead but the defense couldn’t hold. Zeke had a 2.8 yards per carry average. Dak did his part but couldn’t overcome the shortcomings on defense. Can’t give up 36 pts and expect to win with you’re #1 and #2 WR’s out. Although that wasn’t the reason for the loss. Dak and the offense scored 33.

Sorry, but that’s where stats don’t tell the story. And to be crystal clear, I am not a Dak hater.

Dak was average at best for most of the game. He did get it together the last 2 drives in regulation. The 2 balls to Gallup were perfect, as was the TD to Schultz. But he failed in OT. The 3rd down pass to Brown was atrocious and, frankly, inexcusable. To put it in tennis terms, it was an unforced error.

Anybody who follows the Cowboys knows this team is led by the offense. The defense has sucked for several years and has never been expected to win games for the Cowboys....if you expected the Defense to make a play...you were sadly disappointed....this game was lost when DAK and Zeke went 3 and out in OT.... Everyone in the stadium, at home and watching on tv new the defense could not stop the Raiders.... So sorry that you actually thought the defense would make a stop.... Blame lays right at the feet of DAK and ZEKE

And special teams for clipping which put the offense in a hole to start overtime. I think the NFL referees aren't qualified to call the games anymore. They suck so bad that it's hard to watch football anymore.

Dak was shaky on a number of drives today. the OT drive was a mess all around. The Cowboys needed him to put the cape on and carry the team on his back. He couldn't do it. Carr did it for the Raiders. Moore was no help to the team today.

Zeke is hurting and should be given time to heal up.

The Cowboys desperately need their 2 DEs back.

Even us duffers have been there. There are days I go out and the cup looks as big as a basketball hoop. And there are days the ball won’t fit in the cup. Sometimes it’s both in the same round. Dak was in a groove until his injury and it seems the layoff broke that. I do’t know what it’s going to take to get it back. Maybe going into NO and performing well early and the offense scoring gets it back.

It was again a team loss. The defense couldn't make a stop, but when it mattered most in OT, Dak went 3 and out. 40 million dollar QB's should be more accurate in big moments like this. I say this as a Dak supporter.

Hard to play defense 5 out of your entire front 7 starters are hurt. And then you have to take your stud MLB and play him at DE just to get some pressure.

FYI..........................Kazee is becoming a total bust at this point. He played terrible tonight. And where are all the picks?

Defense actually has more reason for excuses. Their play has been more encouraging despite the injuries.

Oh the drops sucked.

But Dak is supposed to be our best offensive player. That play to Brown should be made by your best offensive player.

Dak can only control what he can control. And in that situation he can control that pass……. That was a costly mistake by him.

He played well for the most part but a slow start and a crucial mistake late were factors in the loss.

Oh for sure. We need him to make that throw. One of the easiest of the night. He has his part in the loss he can make that throw in his sleep. Just a poor throw….it happens….33 points to the Raiders? That can’t happen.
