Cowboys fans are definitely not bandwagon fans. If they haven’t jumped off already, they are diehard fans glutton for punishment, even if they are disgruntled.

The game was the most-watched since 1990, so I think it's safe to say there were many fans who jumped on the bandwagon.

After the Dallas Cowboys’ disappointing loss to the Las Vegas Raiders, Dak Prescott threw a bit of shade at “bandwagon” fans. Prescott addressed the idea twice during his post game media session, admitting that “a bunch of people are jumping off the bandwagon.”

I really don't understand why this is becoming such a big deal to everyone. Nothing in that press conference was out of the ordinary for an NFL QB. Pretty run-of-the-mill stuff. I opened that article expecting some bombshells based on the way everyone is reacting.

The wagon (bus) is on fire and the bus driver (that's you Dak) is driving the wrong way down a one way street while not paying attention because he's reading " quarterbacking for dummies"... And the book is upside down.

Yes, people are jumping off that wagon (bus).

I been on the bandwagon since before most of the players were born. Likely all of them.

Getting your nose out of joint at the fans is always a bad look, especially the "you never really loved me" whining. Yeah, some people don't marry themselves to the team, and when it sucks, they lose interest.

Odd. Never seen people jump on a bandwagon of a team who hasn’t done anything of significance in 2.5 decades and has lost 2 out of the last 3 games. Teams have to accomplish something to have a bandwagon. Our bandwagon got full many years ago. I think it is most likely the additionally viewership is of haters wanting to see us fail yet again because Cowboys fans were already thinking SB run.

So when all else fails, attack the fans? Way to go Dak and so much for him being this mystical classy franchise QB. So when the team is losing and Dak is partially to blame he rips those that pay his salary. What a turd.

Dak led Cowboys were 5-1 before he missed the game against the Vikings (Rush led Dallas to a victory) and everyone was calling for MVP as Dak was 158 of 216 (73.1% Comp %) for 1,813 Yards and 16 TD's and 4 INT's.

Since then Dak led Cowboys are 1-3 with Dak going 103 of 160 (64.4% Comp %) for 1,119 Yards and 6 TD's and 3 INT's.

So what had happened was.....??????

The fact is that in the first 6 games Dak averaged 36 pass attempts per game aided by his 58 attempts against TB and 51 attempts against NE. In the other 4 games he never surpassed 32 attempts in any game and in those 4 other games averaged 27 attempts per game.

In the last 4 games Dak has averaged 40 pass attempts per game (his lowest total was against the Falcons with 31 attempts....the game Dallas won).

The bottom line: Dallas simply does not win often when Dak is the focus of the game and throws the ball more than 32 times a game.

So for all those that want to point to Dak's late game passing accumulation stats, here is a stat for you for the 2021 season:

Dallas' record when Dak passes MORE than 32 times in a game: 1-4

Dallas' record when Dak passes LESS than 32 times in a game: 5-0

Oh, and for those that want to say but it's only 1 season, here is Dallas' record for Dak's career:

Dallas' record when Dak passes MORE than 32 times in a game: 13-24

Dallas' record when Dak passes LESS than 32 times in a game: 35-7

Those stats speak for themselves.

Troy Aikman Formula. GREAT Post Sir.

Now show me a HOF RB that can CARRY Dak the way Emmitt "Carried" Troy?

If Zeke is your answer or Pollard, then your issues is with Kellen Moore and not Dak whom has shown the ability to.drive the bus if the running game is working.

I survived the Quincy, Drew Henson, Chad Hutchinson, Anthony Wright and Clint Stoerner debates...

@PAPPYDOG you and your ilk are quite Pathetic....you lost the contract debate, the injury debate and now the Cowboys are 7-4, 2 game led in the Division

See you in later Hater

Fans can love the rest of the team just not like Dak's inconsistency.
That is a rationale and salient point.

But when you have posters stating Dak is not accurate or can't hit receivers in stride...we question your intelligence

Dak is Top 10 in every QB stat yet the Eye Test HATERS claim inconsistencies.

How do you measure consistency?

They do, and it points to the fact we need to run the ball. I don't understand how it's Daks fault the run game is ineffective.

It's not as if you've uncovered a secret. Passing the ball 50 times a game isn't a recipe for success, for anyone. It indicates your defense can't keep up, and/or you can't run the ball.

He didn't play great vs the Raiders, but he wasn't terrible either. No doubt there were points in the game he was terrible, just as there were points in the game he was great. The drive he led us on to tie the game was fantastic. Actually he was damn good most the 4th quarter. The OT possession I believe accounted for one throw, while backed up in our own endzone. Tough to place much judgment on that. Unless of course your only agenda is to crap on the QB.
