The eagles aren’t a great team. They aren’t a really good team.

They are a mediocre at best team.

and yes their record remaining was weak “on paper” but it includes 5 divisional games.

mediocre teams are not guaranteed to win any divisional game. The eagles are not significantly better than the giants or skins. Therefore, assuming they would just sweep both of them without the giants or skins putting up a fight. Was foolish for those that thought that way.

today was a great example of that.

I fully expected them to spilt 1-1, with either one or both the Giants and WFT. And in fact it wouldn't even be surprising to see if they get swept by either the Giants or WFT. Because they aren't that great and just got overhyped over some wins over bad teams. The same type of bad teams that people would say Dak and the Cowboys shouldn't get credit for beating. This forum as usual overhypes everything about the Eagles, when they win a couple of game or do anything that looks even slightly positive.

Plus if teams like the Bucs, Bills, Rams, Cowboys, Packers (Who are all much better than the Eagles currently) can lose to underdog teams this season, I don't know why anyone would believe the Eagles to be immune to dropping a game they were favored in due to their "easy" looking schedule on paper.

Exactly. This is why they play the games.

I’m Gonna enjoy listening to Philly sports talk tomorrow.

it’s always a little better once the eagles win some and get their hopes up. And then lose like this and piss everyone off. Lol
