Be careful or you will be labeled a koolaid drinker.

Why would I care what someone else thinks? I am not afraid to speak my mind. I have no issues calling out jerry when he makes moves that I disagree with but anyone with an ounce of sense and see a lot of talent on this team and Jerry deserves credit for that as well. I have never been a person who is unwilling to call out bad moves but by the same token not afraid to give credit when it is due.

Wentz was the #2 pick in his draft and had a near MVP season in Philly’s SB year. He’s also had a good year in Indy. He’s arguably worth a 1st rounder.

Jaylon was a damaged player with very little focus or commitment to the game. He’s worth nothing and will likely never play football again.

Go Eagles. They are an average at best drafting team playing for 2nd or 3rd place in the division after fire-selling some components. They get to enjoy the magic of hope after a draft where they will get a bunch of players who will all be rookies and MAYBE in 2-3 years become great.

Really not getting the comparison to Wentz and Jaylon Smith. One is still a decent NFL starter with some promise at a premium position, the other is physically unable to play his position any longer at a non-premium position.

As of today, Philly has the 12th, 13th (MIA), and 17th (INDY) picks next year......so they could position themselves very well in terms of talent acquisition.
Yeah but the Eagles are also in a tough situation with their QB. Aging players in Kelce, Johnson, Cox, Slay, etc. I see them having a ton to replace over the next couple years. If Hurtz ends up being a legitimate QB that changes things, and they may have a really good window in 22/23 but as of right now I see a lot of areas they need improvement on.

We cannot get anything for players like Jaylon Smith when his tenure with the Pokes is over but the Eagles find a way to get a number one pick for an injured and questioning his abilities QB who was essentially run out of Philadelphia.

Jerruh, please hire a real GM because you and Stephen are just not cutting it. Your efforts during the past 25 years has been abysmal.

problem is that Smith wasn't worth the 2nd round pick. sat on the bench for two years. had one decent year....he got over drafted. plus he is a MLB, not very valuable in a defense. on the other hand teams will always over pay for QBs.

Eagles have struck out on quite a few first round picks. Not really worried about them.

As long as Roseman is building that team, I’m not worried

I see, so you and others hurl insults but when someone else does it you and others become Saint Theresa's that can do no wrong. You people are funny.
Where did I insult you? I said to go cheer for the Eagles and you came at me calling me a cheerleader. Which is. An insult. You have some issues you should seek therapy for. Blaming other people for your problems isnt normal.

Agreed as their organization has numerous holes before being truly competitive but for some of us the off-season can't come soon enough as building a team is what is truly exciting. As for Hurts, he had a few games where he provided excitement but since then he hasn't done much. However, you have to give it to Minshew as he has the moxie the team needs and I truly wish Dallas would have traded for him but the past is the past.

The off-season cant come soon enough? LOL. The season is still going on. The Cowboys are 8-4. You literally just proved that you are not a fan of this team. No fan would say they cant wait for the off-season when their team is sitting in a playoff spot with the 4 seed. You are looking forward to the offseason because the Eagles have no chance of making the playoffs. Now it all makes sense.

Read your post again but you really are the last person that should be making this post.

So because I very much enjoy the off-season and team building I am not a fan? Damn man your ability to disseminate information and twist it into some delusional self truth/opinion is world class.

Carson Wentz has also played better than and more consistently than Dak this year.

Yeah, I said it.

I'm with you there 100%. Not sure that he is a franchise QB, but Minshew has to be in the mix for best backup in the league, and they got him for peanuts.

Yeah, I said it.
4-5 weeks ago I would have laughed at this, but its become a legitimate debate again. Wentz is top 10 in nearly every category. You still get 1-2 plays that just leave you jaw dropped out of confusion on how that went wrong out of Wentz, but lately we are seeing that from Dak too.

If that is all he did then bring up Jerry? This is just another weak troll thread.

I think we all know that JJ is the be all end all when it comes to decision making so I just see his post as a direct shot at JJ, something we can all probably agree with.

no its not been discussed since the trade in the offseason it matter not to this season at all way too early..april when the actual drfat boards are set and we are talking possibility's..
Everything is possibilities right now unless we are talking Cowboys/Washington this week. If you don't like a threads subject don't click on it. I just dont get the hate over the subject?

He simply pointed out a great move by Philly and the need for Dallas to make better moves like the example pointed out......and yet he is told to leave? Some people are far too fast to be anti-1A should someone not agree with what the mob thinks.
Because its silly to even compare trading Carson Wentz to releasing Jaylon Smith lol.
