We all know Gallup will most likely be gone after this season. He will be missed. Being Coop is on the tail end of his NFL career, I'd rather we keep Gallup. Coops on again off again injury bug isn't helping Dallas at all. Thoughts?

"All eyes will be on the Dallas Cowboys receiver group this offseason with key wideouts Michael Gallup and Cedrick Wilson among the team’s key free agents.

The Cowboys will have plenty of competition if the team wishes to re-sign Gallup. Bleacher Report’s Chris Rolling sees the Bears and Jaguars as two of the top contenders to land Gallup."

Gallup is probably going to go to the Lions, and have a career year with Goff as his QB.

we cant afford to lose Gallup. Dak needs at least three Pro Bowl caliber WR's to look competent.

I still think its a possibility Cooper is cut. Not because of performance but I believe we use his cap space to re-sign gallup and another player.

well technically the Cowboys have an out on Coopers contract this offseason so they can do whatever they want. Not sure Cooper is on the tail end of his career though. The guy has been pretty good this year, the offense has been noticeably different without him, and he cant be more than what, 27 or 28 years old?

Only question that really matters in the NFC North is where does the lying welcher power bottom #12 go?

It's okay, ya;ll will think he's overrated as soon as the star is no longer on his helmet and you're able to properly judge him without bias.

Most likely he will look better with another QB throwing him the ball consistently.

Yeah I love Coop but it's like 19 million saved if he's cut.

That's the combined first year cap hit for Gallup, Shultz, and your choice of a veteran Guard or linebacker.

I like Cooper a lot. But…he does seem have disappearing acts occasionally. He is a great route runner. Maybe the best in the league. But at $20 mil a season for a team that spends the most cap space on the WR position already than any other NFL team, I’m not sure if we can afford to keep Coop here next year.

Cooper is a great WR and is the clear number 1 on our team. But he is not a good value on his contract.

Will be sad to see him go. Those sideline catches with him and Dak are awesome. They have great chemistry. Maybe Dak will restructure and give some money up to keep him. Lol.
