I’d agree with Arians. While Parsons is quite a gem he’s not what I’d call altering the game or how offenses are calling plays or plans .

The only thing I’ve seen compared is LT is only Rookie in NFL history to win defensive player of the year. So when Parsons comes up as a contender for it this is where comparisons are made.

I think it is fair to compare the two Rookie seasons but not the overall career of LT, LT is at this moment, the best defensive player in the history of the league. We will see where Parson's ends up in about 15 years of total destruction though.

Don't think most are seeing it as just comparing them as rookies. The fact that Arians says he's being compared to the greatest defensive player in the league illustrates that. I don't think he's wrong from that aspect, but player comparisons are what fans do. From just a rookie standpoint, the comparison is completely fair.

It's as if that heavy ring on his finger that Tommy bought for him gives him license to comment on everything and stand for next to nothing. Still waiting for that zero tolerance stance on Antonio Brown, Bruce.

Parson is just beginning his career. Kid did not even play college ball last year sitting out the season. With his skills and talent Quinn has been able to move him around and he is excelling regardless of where he is lining up. I watched LT from his rookie year and through out his career no question one of the greatest to play the game. My question is why couldn't Parson be equal to or even greater through out his career?. We are talking a so called LB with strength, agility and 4.3 speed. He is still learning and learning is coming easy for him. I think the sky is the limit for Parson and has just begun. One last thing, Parson is not looking to be a good player Parson is looking for greatness and has the drive to become just that. Do not under sale Parsons, I don't care what Arians thinks
